The sources available do not establish that Servants shipped in Version 2.6—or that the rumor was authentic.
What did the Honkai: Star Rail 2.6 leak claim?
GameByte’s September 11, 2024 video described rumors of a “Servants” mechanic in which entities would act independently in combat. That is evidence that the claim was reported before Version 2.6, not confirmation that it came from a reliable leak or that the feature was in development. Watch the GameByte video.
What gameplay feature did Version 2.6 officially introduce?
In its October 11, 2024 announcement, HoYoverse presented Simulated Universe: Unknowable Domain as a new Simulated Universe DLC. The announcement described a different kind of gameplay system from the reported Servants: collect Scepters, enhance them with Components, then combine them strategically to create synergies. HoYoverse said Version 2.6 would release October 23, 2024. Read HoYoverse’s Version 2.6 announcement hosted by Games Press.
Did Servants make it into Version 2.6?
The reviewed official announcement and the Canadian English App Store listing do not identify Servants as a Version 2.6 feature. The listing names Simulated Universe: Unknowable Domain as a new gameplay mode and dates its 2.6.0 version-history entry to October 22, 2024. That date is specific to the Canadian English listing; it should not be treated as a universal release date. See the Canadian English App Store listing.
