Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.3 banners are over: the update began May 21, 2025, and its first phase featured Hyacine and The Herta. A creator’s summary of the Version 3.3 Special Program lists Cipher and Aglaea for Phase 2. This is the historical 3.3 lineup, not an upcoming schedule.

Version 3.3, titled “The Fall at Dawn’s Rise,” began on May 21, 2025 at 06:00 (UTC+8), according to HoYoverse’s official update announcement.

The official Part I notice establishes Phase 1’s end boundary, but the sources cited here do not establish exact Phase 2 dates. The Cipher and Aglaea lineup comes from a creator’s summary of the Special Program, rather than a direct Phase 2 event notice.
What the Phase 1 Warp notice confirms
Hyacine and The Herta were limited 5-star characters available only through their respective Character Event Warps during the stated Phase 1 period. The official notice also specifies that their featured limited Light Cones were available only through their named Light Cone Event Warps during that period.
How the 5-star guarantee counters worked
HoYoverse’s Event Warp notice distinguishes the character and Light Cone counters:

- Character Event Warps: The two Phase 1 Character Event Warps shared a guaranteed 5-star character counter. That counter carried over between Character Event Warps and was independent of other Warp types.
- Light Cone Event Warps: The two named Light Cone Event Warps shared a separate guaranteed 5-star Light Cone counter. It carried over among Light Cone Event Warps and was independent of other Warp types.

Version 3.3 is a past schedule. HoYoverse’s subsequent Version 3.4 announcement said that update would arrive July 2, 2025, confirming that 3.3 had already ended as the game moved to the next version. See the Version 3.4 announcement for that date.
