Who could claim him, and how?
HoYoverse set two conditions: a player needed to be a Trailblazer at Trailblaze Level 3 or above and log in during the offer period. The announcement described the reward as a free claim; it did not require a purchase.
When was the claim available?
The offer began with Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae’s Warp and continued until the end of Version 4.0, according to HoYoverse’s Version 3.6 announcement. Version 3.6 was announced to arrive on September 24, 2025. HoYoverse later announced that Version 4.0 would launch on February 13, 2026 (Version 4.0 announcement). These dates frame the announced window; the free-character offer was a time-limited event, not a permanent account entitlement.
