Horace is a repeatable boss at Horace’s Oversight in the Fadefields’ Hungering Plain(s), first encountered during the main mission Down and Outbound. Once you have unlocked the encounter, PC Gamer reports you can return and use a nearby Moxxi Big Encore machine to respawn him. His reported legendary drops include Aegon’s Dream, Pacemaker, and Lucky Clover; two other items appear in one guide’s list but are less firmly corroborated.
Where to find Horace
Look for Horace at Horace’s Oversight in the Fadefields. Guides vary between the names “Hungering Plain” and “Hungering Plains,” but both place the encounter in the same area. Horace is associated with the main mission Down and Outbound. Game8’s location guide lists the mission and area; PC Gamer’s Aegon’s Dream guide also covers the encounter.

How to fight Horace again
PC Gamer reports that Horace can be revisited after the encounter has been unlocked. A Moxxi Big Encore machine at the location can respawn him, and ammo and medical vending machines are nearby. The guide does not document a full reset sequence, so this confirms the repeat-fight option without establishing a particular save-and-quit loop or route.
