Check built-in PC graphics options first
Many display and performance goals can be addressed with the game’s own settings. PlayStation’s PC feature list includes 21:9 ultrawide, 32:9 super ultrawide, and 48:9 triple-monitor support, unlocked frame rates on compatible PCs, NVIDIA DLSS 3 upscaling and frame generation, DLAA and Reflex, as well as AMD FSR and Intel XeSS.
An official Nixxes and Guerrilla patch announcement on Steam, dated 27 June 2024, says patch 1.5 added AMD FSR 3.1, frame generation, Native AA, performance optimizations, and settings options. This is a dated announcement; check your current game build and in-game menu for the options available to you.

How to install mods safely
- Check the mod’s requirements. Confirm the supported storefront, game version, dependencies, and whether the instructions describe manual installation or a manager.
- Use the instructions for that specific mod. Gameplay Tweaks and Cheat Menu documents placing its files in the game root folder. Do not assume its steps apply to other mods.
- If using the Vortex extension, follow its workflow. The extension describes installing HFW Mod Manager, deploying manager-based files, and then running the manager. Check the extension and mod documentation before proceeding.
- Test one change at a time. If a mod causes a problem, disable it and consult its documentation or support page before adding more changes.
The Vortex extension and the Gameplay Tweaks mod have different installation flows. Do not combine their instructions unless the relevant authors explicitly direct you to do so.
What to know before choosing
Choose by the result you want rather than an unverified “best” ranking. RenoDX is a documented visual option; the input patches address specific controls; and Gameplay Tweaks and Cheat Menu can substantially alter or bypass ordinary progression. The official PC requirements list a 150 GB SSD and 16 GB RAM in the minimum, recommended, and high configurations. These are game requirements, not evidence that installing a mod requires a hardware upgrade.
