Sprite dimensions vary by asset
The figures below are the listed width × height of specific image files, in pixels—not a universal template or a measurement of on-screen scale. These examples from the community-maintained overworld sprite index and battle sprite index illustrate the variation.

Even for the same character, a different pose can have different bounds: the listed Kris attack image is larger in both dimensions than the idle image. Battle artwork also spans a wide range, as the Knight intro example shows. The measurements describe those named files; they do not establish a size shared by every frame, character, chapter, or game version.
Face sprites use different dimensions
Dialogue portraits are another asset type, with their own file bounds. Examples in the face sprite index include Alphys at 104 × 86 pixels, Berdly at 96 × 86 pixels, and Blue at 70 × 100 pixels. These portraits should not be treated as interchangeable with overworld or battle sprites.

What the pixel measurements do—and don’t—tell you
A listed image width and height describe the file’s pixel bounds. They are useful for comparing specific assets, but they do not by themselves establish how large a character appears in gameplay. The asset listings do not provide one universal in-game scale factor, so there is no supported conversion from these file dimensions to a single on-screen character size.
The official Deltarune site describes the game’s “Smooth and expressive pixel-animation by Temmie,” but does not publish a general sprite-dimension standard. The site describes Chapters 1–5 as available, with future chapters planned as free updates; its platform listings include Nintendo Switch, PC/Mac, and PlayStation editions. The community index measurements are examples, not an exhaustive inventory or confirmation that assets are identical across every chapter and edition.

A specific battle-sprite example
The static Spamton battle sprite is listed at 50 × 68 pixels, and its page identifies it as a battle sprite: Spamton’s asset page. Like the other figures here, this is a measurement of one named image file, not a general rule for battle sprites.
