How many people are on Team Cherry?
The safest current answer is three publicly listed core team members. Team Cherry’s official About page names Ari Gibson and William Pellen as co-directors and Jasmine Vine as a coder. The page does not say that this list is an exhaustive staff roster or give a total headcount.
Team Cherry describes itself as “a small indie games team in Adelaide, South Australia.” That supports calling it a small studio, but not assigning it an exact employee total.
Why do older sources name different people?
Team Cherry has described itself as a three-person team in historical material, but the named rosters differ by source and date. They are snapshots, not a single combined list of everyone who worked at the studio.

- Nintendo Australia interview, July 20, 2021: Nintendo Australia quoted Team Cherry describing itself as a “three-man studio” and named Ari Gibson, William Pellen, and Jack Vine. That dated roster differs from both the original game website and the current About page.
Because the sources describe different points in time, David Kazi and Jack Vine should not be added to the current three-person About-page roster as though all five named people were simultaneously part of one team.
What does LinkedIn say about Team Cherry’s size?
LinkedIn places Team Cherry in the 2–10 employees company-size band. That is LinkedIn’s platform-reported range, not an exact headcount disclosed by Team Cherry. It does not establish how many people currently work there or whether the figure includes contractors and other collaborators.

Does Team Cherry have exactly three employees?
The public sources do not establish that. The official About page names three core members, but it does not state that the roster is exhaustive or distinguish employees from contractors. LinkedIn’s broader size band is an estimate category rather than a precise count. So “three publicly listed core team members” is more accurate than saying Team Cherry has exactly three employees.
