If it was, log in through the in-game Supercell ID menu using the email tied to the farm. If it was not linked—or you cannot access the linked account—contact Hay Day Support and provide details that help verify you own the farm. Supercell says recovery of an unlinked account depends on verification, so it is not guaranteed.
How can I get my old farm back on Hay Day?
Choose the route based on how the farm was saved and whether you can access its associated email.

6 tips for recovering your Hay Day farm
1. Try the email used for Supercell ID
Open Hay Day and choose the Supercell ID option in the game’s menu. Log in using the email address linked to the old farm. If you have more than one email, check each one you may have used for Supercell ID.
2. Contact official Support if the farm was not linked
In Hay Day, open Settings, select Help and Support, then use the contact option. Explain that you have lost access to your farm and follow the prompts. Supercell recommends this in-game route for account recovery.

3. Gather details that help identify the farm
Support may ask for details such as the farm’s Player ID or Player Tag, account name, level, Neighborhood name, and transaction IDs for purchases. Provide the information requested through official support; do not send account details or security codes to people claiming to help elsewhere.
4. Find the Player Tag if you cannot open the farm
Ask a friend to inspect the farm, check another Hay Day account’s Friends list, or look in a shared Neighborhood. The Player Tag can help Support locate the account, but Supercell says the tag alone is not enough to prove ownership. See Supercell’s Player Tag guidance.

5. Have an email address ready if Support restores an unlinked farm
Supercell’s recovery instructions say that recovering an account not linked to Supercell ID involves creating one. Have an email address available in case Support asks you to set it up as part of the process.
6. Link the recovered farm to Supercell ID
Once you can access the farm, open Settings, choose Supercell ID, and select the option to create an ID. Enter an eligible email address, then use the verification code sent to that address to finish setup. Follow Supercell’s setup instructions.

Keep recovery codes and account details secure
If Account Protection is enabled, Supercell says SMS verification or a Recovery Code can be used when contacting Support and may speed up resolution. Only enter or share verification information through an official support ticket opened from Hay Day’s Help and Support flow. Never give a code to someone who contacts you outside that process.

Yes. Hay Day has an official contact form that can be used without logging in. For account recovery, however, Supercell recommends starting with Help and Support inside the game when you can access it.
