Epic’s Terms of Service prohibit selling or trading accounts, and its Account Balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
Check your Epic purchase history
- Go to EpicGames.com and sign in to the account you want to check.
- Open the profile menu and select Account.
- Choose Transactions, then Purchase. Epic lists transactions from newest to oldest; select Show More to load older records.
- For purchases made through PlayStation, Xbox/Microsoft, or Nintendo, check that console’s storefront history separately. Epic says those purchases do not appear in its Transactions tab.
Epic’s Transactions history can include purchases, subscriptions, code redemptions, and V-Bucks card redemptions. Fortnite cosmetic purchase history is handled separately from general purchase history.

Check your Epic Account Balance
Find the balance under Account Settings > Payment Management, or view it at checkout. This is a balance for use with participating Epic Services—not cash and not a transferable account valuation.
What the different totals mean

If your goal is to answer “How much money have I spent on my Epic Games account?”, use Epic’s purchase history and the relevant console storefront records. Keep the totals separate: they cover different transactions and entitlements, and adding them together does not produce an account value.

Can you sell an Epic Games account?
No. Epic’s Terms of Service state: “You can’t sell it, give it away, trade it, or use someone else’s Epic Games Account, even if they let you.” Because transferring the account is prohibited, a marketplace listing or asking price should not be treated as a safe or legitimate valuation. There is no official Epic account valuation or validated market method established by these records.

Protect the account while checking it
- Use a unique password, keep your credentials private, and enable two-factor authentication.
- Protect the email address connected to the Epic account.
- Do not enter Epic credentials on external “account value” sites. Epic warns against signing into external sites with Epic credentials and says buying, selling, or sharing accounts can result in a ban.
