For help with a Fortnite account, payment, technical issue, or gameplay problem, start at Epic Games’ Fortnite Support hub. Choose the issue category, try the relevant help article or self-service tool, and select Contact us if the available guidance does not fix it. To report a player, use Fortnite’s in-game or chat reporting controls instead.

How to report a player in Fortnite
Player misconduct has dedicated reporting controls; it is separate from a general support request. Epic says players can report bad behavior in game or from text and voice chat. Its reporting instructions describe options through the in-game menu or player profile, chat-conversation controls, and the voice-chat reporting control when voice reporting is on.
What if a Fortnite refund has not arrived?
Epic’s refund timing guidance says refunds requested through Player Support or self-refunded purchases may take up to 30 business days, depending on the payment method. This is a possible processing window, not a guarantee that every refund will take that long. If the refund has not arrived after that period, Epic advises contacting the payment method provider.

Is there a Fortnite support phone number or email?
The official support pages cited here direct players to the topic-based help hub and its Contact us flow; they do not establish a general Fortnite support phone number or direct support email. Use Epic’s official hub rather than relying on an unverified number or address.
