For help with a Supercell game, open the affected game and go to Settings > Help & Support. Search for your problem first; if the help articles do not solve it, tap the chat or message bubble to contact Support. You can also start at Supercell’s official Support site, where the available pages and contact options depend on the game and issue.
Choose the right Supercell support route

Supercell’s Support site is useful if you want to browse help pages by game. The official contact form says Supercell ID users should log in first; available forms and contact choices vary by game and issue.
How to contact Support in a game
- Open the game affected by the problem.
- Open Settings > Help & Support.
- Search the help articles using the issue or error message. Supercell’s support pages include game-specific troubleshooting guidance.
- If the guidance does not fix the problem, tap the chat or message bubble and follow the prompts for your issue.
- Answer the questions and provide relevant details or requested evidence through that official support conversation.
For account recovery, use the account-access or Supercell ID option rather than a general gameplay topic. Supercell’s Clash of Clans recovery guidance recommends having your player ID or tag, account name, account level, group name if applicable, and purchase transaction IDs ready. The exact questions may differ by game. Support uses those details to check account ownership.
What to include in your request
- Describe the problem plainly: say what happened, when it happened, and which game is affected.
- For account access: include your player ID or tag and relevant account details. Provide only information that helps identify the account.
- For a purchase issue: locate the platform receipt and transaction ID before contacting Support, so you can provide them if requested.
- For screenshots or other evidence: check that they do not expose unrelated personal information.
Protect your Supercell account while getting help
Use the in-game support flow or a website on the supercell.com domain. Supercell warns that third-party sites offering free or discounted in-game items can steal money, personal information, or accounts. Do not use an unofficial account-recovery service.

Supercell ID sign-in and recovery use verification codes rather than passwords. Never share a verification or recovery code with another person. Supercell says codes should only be shared with Support through a ticket opened using the official in-game Help & Support route. Account Protection may use SMS verification or recovery codes; availability varies by account and region, so check Supercell’s current Account Protection guidance.
How long does Supercell Support take to reply?
Supercell’s Parent’s Guide, accessed October 8, 2026, describes Support as answering questions 24/7 in the languages it lists. That does not guarantee a particular reply or resolution time for an individual ticket. The guide mentions up to 72 hours for review of moderation reports only; that is not a general customer-support estimate. The official pages reviewed do not state a general response-time guarantee for ordinary requests.

Which company handles a refund or missing purchase?
Purchase support depends on the platform and the kind of problem. Supercell’s Parent’s Guide says Google missing-content cases may be handled by Supercell in specified circumstances, while users seeking an Apple refund should contact Apple. Check the current platform-specific directions in the guide and in the relevant app store before filing a request. For a missing item or billing issue, begin with the game’s Help & Support and have the receipt or transaction ID available.
