How to submit a Bungie support request
- Open Bungie Help.
- Search for the game, error code, account issue, or other problem. The Help Center also links to Destiny 2, Marathon, Bungie Foundation, Account and Safety, the Help Forum, and contact forms.
- Open the closest matching support category or article and follow its instructions. If the topic provides a contact form, use that form rather than sending the issue to an unrelated channel.
- Provide only the information the official form requests. A form may ask for relevant personal information to investigate an issue or process a request.
Is there a Bungie support phone number or general email?
The official materials reviewed do not confirm a general-purpose Bungie customer-support phone number or email address. The published address [email protected] is for privacy questions and requests; it should not be treated as a general support inbox. For game or account help, begin with the Help Center and follow the issue-specific route.
Regional support can have different limits
Bungie offers regional forms. For example, its South Korean Regional Support form is intended for players in that region. It says some submissions—including off-topic issues, general feedback, gameplay strategy, requests from outside the region, or submissions that violate its rules—may not receive an agent response. This caveat applies to that form; it should not be assumed to describe every Bungie support channel.
Protect your account when contacting Bungie
Bungie’s Code of Conduct states: “Bungie representatives will never ask for your personal information in a forum post or direct message.” A support ticket submitted through an official contact form may request information relevant to investigating the issue or processing a request. Keep your account credentials private, and provide information only through the official form when requested.

The official pages reviewed do not promise a general response time or guarantee that every submission will receive a reply. The South Korean regional form specifically notes that some requests may not receive an agent response, as described above.
