If you can access the email address registered to your Moonton account, start with the official Moonton password-reset page. If resetting your password does not restore access, contact Moonton through Game Support in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). Recovery is different for guest accounts and accounts that were canceled, and neither outcome is guaranteed.
Reset your password if you can access your registered email
-
Open Moonton’s password-reset page.
-
Follow the instructions shown on the page to request a reset using the email tied to your account. The page reviewed does not set out a complete flow or explain eligibility conditions, so use the current prompts displayed there.
-
After changing the password, try signing in to MLBB with the Moonton account.
If you forgot your Moonton account password but still control its registered email, this is the official route to try first. If the reset page does not work or you cannot access the registered email, move to Game Support rather than assuming an email-change form will bypass account checks.

Contact Game Support if you still cannot sign in
For M Account questions that account controls do not resolve, Moonton identifies the in-app Game Support feature as the contact route. Open MLBB and use Game Support to report the access problem. Moonton’s published materials do not specify a complete lost-account form, required evidence, or a response-time estimate, so follow the instructions presented in the app and do not rely on an assumed checklist or timeline.
Moonton’s Terms of Service, last updated June 20, 2025, describe Game Support as the contact option for M Account inquiries. They do not promise that support can recover every account or its data. Read the Terms of Service.

What changes if you lost access to a linked account?
If you can no longer access the email or another account linked to your Moonton account, a password reset may not be usable. Use in-app Game Support to explain the access problem. The official materials cited here do not document a separate recovery flow for lost access to a linked email or third-party account, or state which proof will be accepted.
The account portal also has an email-change page that asks for a new email and a verification code. That page is not evidence that you can change the email without passing the existing account’s checks; it should not be treated as a workaround when you cannot verify or access the account.

Can you recover a lost MLBB guest account?
Guest-account progress is tied to the device rather than secured through a Moonton account login. Moonton warns that progress may not transfer or be restorable if you lose access to the device, and deleting the game removes guest data that may not be retrievable. Its Terms state: “Moonton cannot guarantee to recover your account or any data contained therein for you under the above circumstances.” If this describes your situation, you can ask Game Support, but the published warning means recovery is not assured.
To protect progress going forward, Moonton recommends creating a Moonton account or linking a third-party account. Linking is a preventive step for accessible game data; it does not establish a way to retroactively recover guest progress already lost with a device or deleted game.

A canceled account is different from a forgotten password
If you intentionally canceled your game account, ordinary password-reset steps do not undo that decision. Moonton’s cancellation agreement says a canceled game account cannot be restored. See the cancellation agreement.
Avoid unofficial account-recovery offers
Use Moonton’s account controls and in-app Game Support for recovery. The official sources above do not endorse third-party recovery services; do not share passwords or verification codes with someone claiming they can restore the account.
