Redeem the code in a browser at Roblox.com/redeem, while signed in to the Roblox account that should receive the value. Enter the code and select Redeem. Roblox says a confirmation message appears when the credit or item is successfully added.

Redeem the code in a browser

Open a web browser and go to Roblox.com/redeem.

Sign in to the Roblox account that should receive the Robux or credit. Roblox Support says retail-code Robux are added to the account signed in when the code is redeemed.

Where to redeem—and where not to

Roblox says redemption is unavailable in its standard mobile app and on consoles. Samsung Galaxy users have a specific in-app redemption option; otherwise, use the browser route above.

What “1,000 Robux code” does—and does not—tell you

The phrase alone does not identify the product, seller, or terms. Roblox’s retail-code guide, for example, documents Mini Pack coins worth 50 Robux each and Party Pack physical gift cards worth 200 Robux each. Those examples do not establish the value or product type of your code. Check the packaging or seller information if the amount is unexpected.

Some specially marked U.S. gift cards are denominated directly in Robux, while many other Roblox gift cards redeem for Roblox Credit. Product rules can vary by card and geography. Amazon Gift Cards and Party Pack cards are described as Robux-only. If your code adds Credit, use the browser-based Credit flow to purchase Robux when eligible.

If the code does not work

Check characters that look alike

Roblox recommends trying these substitutions if the code entry fails:

0 (zero) for O
1 (one) for I
2 for Z
5 for S
6 for G or Q
8 for B

If it still fails, contact Roblox Support.

If Roblox says the code was already redeemed

The value may have been added to a different account. Check any other Roblox accounts you use. If the code was sealed and untampered with when purchased, Roblox advises contacting Support with the receipt and code.
