Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteMost Roblox digital gift cards appear in the recipient’s inbox immediately after purchase. Roblox says some may take up to 24 hours while fraud-prevention and security checks are completed. That is Roblox’s stated expectation, not a guarantee for every order. A physical card has a different timeline: check its tracking details rather than waiting for an email code.
Processing time depends on the card format and seller
| What you bought | Roblox’s stated guidance | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Digital gift card bought through Roblox | Most appear in the recipient’s inbox immediately; some may take up to 24 hours for fraud-prevention and security checks, according to Roblox’s U.S.-locale gift card page. | Check the recipient’s email, including spam or junk folders, and review the order details. For questions about a Roblox.com digital purchase, contact CashStar Customer Support. |
| Physical card bought online through Roblox | Roblox directs buyers to tracking details in the CashStar order-confirmation email. Its gift card page does not state a general shipping-time estimate. | Open the CashStar confirmation email and follow its tracking information. |
| Gift card or code bought from another retailer | Delivery and order status depend on that retailer. Roblox advises contacting the seller if an external retailer’s promotional purchase code does not arrive. | Contact the retailer that took the order and check that the listing was for an authorized card or code. |
The 24-hour figure applies to Roblox’s stated digital-card expectation; it is not a measured average or a guaranteed maximum for every seller, country, or order. Roblox’s English-language timing guidance is on its U.S.-locale page, and the reviewed official pages do not publish country-by-country inbox timing or a universal physical-card transit estimate.
If the digital card has not arrived
- Check the address and inbox. Confirm the recipient email entered at checkout, then check spam, junk, and other filtered folders.
- Check how and where it was purchased. For a Roblox.com digital purchase, Roblox routes questions to CashStar Customer Support. For a purchase through another retailer, ask that retailer to check order status and delivery.
- Allow for the stated security-check delay. Roblox says some digital cards may take up to 24 hours to complete fraud-prevention and security measures. If it still has not arrived, contact the seller responsible for fulfillment.
If the card arrived but the balance or item did not
Delivery and redemption are separate steps. Most users should redeem a code in a web browser at roblox.com/redeem: sign in, enter the PIN or code, and select Redeem. Roblox says a confirmation appears when credit or an item is added. Standard Roblox mobile apps and consoles do not support redemption; Samsung Galaxy app users are an exception and can redeem in the app.
If the code produces an error, check for easily confused characters such as 0 and O or 1 and I. If the problem persists, contact Roblox Support. Roblox says virtual items appear in inventory upon redemption, but the reviewed official guidance does not give a separate time promise for account credit to appear after a successful redemption.

Roblox gift cards generally redeem to Roblox Credit, but some digital codes—including certain codes sold on Amazon—are Robux-only. Those products are not interchangeable: check the exact listing and code type before buying or troubleshooting. Roblox’s gift card information also notes that availability and credit conversion can depend on country and account currency.
