That is outage-related guidance, not a guaranteed delivery window for every purchase or payment method. If your Robux are missing, first check the account that made the purchase and its Currency Purchases history; if the purchase still does not appear, follow Roblox’s troubleshooting steps and contact Support.
How long should you wait for Robux?
For delays caused by an outage or maintenance, Roblox Support says products are applied in most cases within an hour and at most within 24 hours. The guidance also covers virtual purchases made on the Roblox website or in an experience. Roblox does not publish a universal delivery deadline for every payment method, so do not treat 24 hours as a guaranteed schedule for all purchases. Roblox Support: What happens when Roblox is down?
If more than 24 hours have passed, or you do not know of an outage, check the purchasing account and transaction history, then contact Roblox Support if the Robux are still missing. Roblox’s help material does not establish a separate fixed resolution deadline for other kinds of delay.
Check the account and purchase history
Robux and transaction records belong to the account used for the purchase. Make sure you are signed in to that account before assuming the purchase failed. Roblox says you can view your Robux balance in the mobile app, a web browser, or the Xbox app. In a browser, select the Robux amount to open My Transactions, then choose Currency Purchases to review purchases. Refresh the app based on where you bought Robux
Roblox provides different missing-product steps depending on the purchase interface. These are troubleshooting steps, not a guarantee that refreshing the app will deliver the Robux.
Mobile app
For purchases through iTunes, Android, Kindle, or Windows, Roblox advises logging out of the app, force-closing it, reopening it, and logging back in.

Close and reopen the Roblox app. Roblox specifically says not to log out on Xbox for this troubleshooting step.

Understand what a pending charge means
A pending card or bank entry does not prove that Robux were credited. Roblox says a pending charge may be a declined charge temporarily held by the financial institution while the payment resolves, or a temporary verification charge. Its cited billing guidance says funds from these pending charges return within 1–10 business days; that is a bank or card timeline, not a Robux delivery estimate. Roblox’s Xsolla guidance also explains that an unverified transaction may be refused even while a temporary hold appears. Roblox Support: Why Was I Charged for a Purchase I Didn’t Make?
If you used a prepaid credit card and the transaction is not going through, Roblox advises against retrying it. A retry may place a hold on the card balance for up to 10 days; Roblox says the held amount returns automatically and Roblox will not receive payment for the failed attempt. Contact Roblox Support if the Robux are still missing
For a missing product, Roblox asks you to provide your username, the device used to make the purchase, the purchase date, and the product purchased. For a billing issue, include the payment type, date and amount, and any error message. Keep the receipt available; Roblox’s missing-product instructions say Support may ask you to send a screenshot or forwarded copy.
