What Ascension leaderboard times add
The Zombies World Records Ascension board lists ranked Round 255 runs, including visible times of 44:25:22 and 48:28:18. These differ from the 46:38:38 tracker target because leaderboard entries and tracker thresholds are not necessarily the same comparison. Speedrun.com’s BO3 Zombies rules update, dated January 25, 2026, specifies In-Game Timing (IGT) as the primary timing method and says the timer pauses while the game is paused. - Match the map. The cited tracker examples range from about 33.5 hours on Moon to 73.5 hours on Gorod Krovi.
- Check the category. GobbleGum rules and Classic versus non-Classic categories can change which runs or thresholds are comparable.
- Check the timing method. IGT pauses during pauses under the cited Speedrun.com rules, so it may differ from wall-clock elapsed time.
