Why do playtimes vary?
How much time you spend exploring is the clearest difference between the estimates. Xbox Wire describes the skateboard as a traversal and combat mechanic, with movement options such as grinding and jumping. That gives players ways to move through and engage with the game’s environments, but it does not establish a separate runtime figure.
There is also a difference between an outlet estimating the game’s length and a reviewer reporting their own time with it. TechRadar says its reviewer spent 18 hours with the game; that is one reviewer’s experience, not a general estimate for finishing the story or completing everything.
