To unlock Limit Break in Vampire Survivors, obtain the Yellow Sign in Holy Forbidden, then survive past 30 minutes in Cappella Magna and collect the Great Gospel relic from the Ender. Great Gospel permanently adds the Limit Break option to stage selection.
1. Unlock Moongolow and enter Holy Forbidden
Moongolow becomes available after you unlock Hyper Mode in four stages. For the Holy Forbidden event, use a non-secret character and leave Hurry mode off. The precise event trigger is described differently by available guides, so the reliable progression is to complete Moongolow with a non-secret character and follow the resulting transition to Holy Forbidden.
2. Find the Yellow Sign in Holy Forbidden
Move east through the corridor. Pick up the Rosary, then continue east past it through the false wall or hidden path to reach the Yellow Sign. Collect it to advance the relic progression.
The Yellow Sign is not the relic that unlocks Limit Break. It instead makes the Silver Ring, Gold Ring, Metaglio Left, and Metaglio Right available as floor pickups, and it enables the next step toward Great Gospel.

3. Get Great Gospel in Cappella Magna
After obtaining the Yellow Sign, play Cappella Magna and survive beyond the 30-minute mark. The Ender encounter drops the Great Gospel the first time this occurs after you have the Yellow Sign. Collect the relic.
4. Enable Limit Break in a later run
Great Gospel permanently unlocks Limit Break. In a subsequent run, look for the Limit Break option on the stage-selection screen and select it. With the option enabled, weapons can continue leveling past their usual level cap and provide additional stat increases as they level.
