Roblox’s documented screen-time tools show recent usage, not a lifetime total. If you’re 13 or older, open Settings > Privacy & content restrictions > Screen time. You can check platform-wide weekly screen time or open Top experiences to see play time for your top 20 experiences from the last week.
What Roblox screen time tells you
Roblox’s screen-time graph shows a seven-day average of time spent across the Roblox platform. It does not provide a documented all-time total of the hours you have played Roblox.
Top experiences answers a different question: it shows play time for your top 20 experiences from the last week. Roblox explains that the weekly graph reflects all time spent on the platform, while Top Experiences reflects time in specific experiences. Experiences that have been removed from Roblox do not appear in that list. Roblox Support: Managing Screen Time

How to check your own Roblox screen time
Roblox’s instructions for viewing your screen-time tools apply to accounts aged 13 or older.

- Open Settings. On desktop, select the gear icon in the top-right corner. On mobile, tap More in the bottom-right corner, then tap Settings.
- Choose Privacy & content restrictions.
- Choose Screen time.
- Select Top experiences to see your top 20 experiences played in the last week.
The Daily limit option is a usage control, not a report of your past or lifetime hours.
How a parent can check a child’s screen time
A parent or caregiver needs a Roblox account with parent privileges linked to the child’s account. Without that link, the parent cannot use Roblox’s parental controls to view the child’s screen-time insights.

- In the parent account, open Settings > Parental Controls.
- Select the linked child account.
- Scroll to Screen time and select Manage beside the chart.
The parent can review the child’s usage insights and Top Experiences there. Roblox’s daily screen-time controls are separate: when a child reaches the set daily limit, Roblox stops them from using the platform for the rest of that day. Roblox Support: Parental Controls FAQ
