There is no fixed points total that guarantees qualification for the Duo Victory Cash Cup. Under Epic’s November 2025 rules, your duo must finish inside the Round 1 advancement places for its region. The points cutoff depends on the results of the other teams in that event session, so check the specific regional leaderboard rather than relying on a number from another tournament.
How Round 1 qualification works
Round 1 qualification is based on leaderboard position, not on reaching a published universal score. The November 2025 rules advance the top 400 teams in Europe (EU) and North America-Central (NAC), and the top 200 teams in Oceania (OCE), Asia (ASIA), Middle East (ME), Brazil (BR), and North America-West (NAW). These are advancement places, not point targets: the score held by the last qualifying duo can change between regions and sessions.
Epic’s November 2025 official rules are the reference for that edition. For a live or later event, check its own rules and standings; do not assume the November 2025 advancement counts or scoring apply unchanged.
Where to check your session’s cutoff
- Open Fortnite’s in-game Compete tab to check the event’s session schedule. Epic says the dates and times are listed there.
- Open the official leaderboard for the event and choose the region and session you are playing. Epic’s competitive event listings include event information; the official competitive leaderboards show standings where available.
- Compare your duo’s standing with the applicable advancement places: top 400 for EU or NAC, or top 200 for OCE, ASIA, ME, BR, or NAW under the November 2025 rules.
The official NAC Duos Victory Cash Cup leaderboard illustrates why the relevant event, session, and region matter. A score that qualifies in one leaderboard may not qualify in another.

Round 1 format and scoring
Under the November 2025 rules, Round 1 lasts approximately two hours and allows a team to play up to seven matches. A match counts only if it begins before the session window closes. The score combines placement points and elimination points; consult the scoring attachment to the rules for the values in that edition, since scoring can change.
Eligibility is separate from the points cutoff
For the November 2025 edition, each player needed to reach Gold rank or higher in Battle Royale, Zero Build, or Reload Ranked in their region by the event’s start. Meeting that eligibility requirement lets a player compete, but it does not itself qualify the duo for the next round: the team still has to finish within its region’s advancement places.
