Luck Potion: EXP, not a general luck modifier

TechWiser’s May 23, 2026 guide lists a Shop purchase as the only acquisition route it found. Its stated path is simple, but labels and placement can change after an update, so compare the instructions with the interface you see.
- Enter the game and look at the right side of the screen. Find the Shop icon. If the interface has been rearranged, use the current button that opens the game’s store rather than relying on a fixed screen position.
- Open Shop and select the Potions tab. The guide places the potions in a dedicated tab. If you do not see that tab, check whether the store has a different category layout or whether the current server is running a changed version.
- Review the three listed choices. Read the effect text attached to the item currently shown. The reported catalog is Luck, Train, and Cash, but the live catalog is the authority for what is available to your account.
- Select the potion that matches your immediate goal. Choose EXP, Train Speed, or Cash according to the activity you are ready to perform, rather than purchasing first and deciding how to use the timer afterward.
- Confirm the Robux purchase. The guide reports 29 Robux for each potion. Verify the displayed amount on the confirmation screen before accepting, because the reported price is time-sensitive and was not independently confirmed as a current price.
- Activate your play session immediately. Have your character, route, equipment, and target activity ready before starting the boost. A 10-minute timer leaves little room for menu time or experimentation.

Understanding the reported 2x boost
A 2x description means the guide presents the relevant output as twice the normal amount or speed during the active window. For the Luck Potion, the relevant output is EXP; for the Train Potion, it is Train Speed; for the Cash Potion, it is Cash. The wording does not support treating all three as a universal double-progress button.
For example, if a player would normally earn 100 units of the affected resource during a fully productive 10-minute period, a 2x effect would imply 200 units under the simple assumption that the boost applies throughout that period. The additional 100 units are the gain created by the boost in that example. This is a way to plan a session, not a measured result from the game.

Do not buy multiple potions on the assumption that their effects combine, and do not assume a timer pauses while you are in a menu unless the game explicitly says so.
Is a potion worth 29 Robux?
The guide’s author considers the potions poor value for most casual players because the stated 10-minute duration can be wasted when the player is not actively grinding. That is a qualitative opinion, not a published test, efficiency measurement, or verified value analysis. You can make the decision more consistently by judging how much of the window you can actually use.
Use the focused-session test

Estimate the incremental result before buying
Use your normal 10-minute result as a baseline. If you usually earn approximately B units of the affected resource in 10 focused minutes, the reported 2x description implies approximately 2B during an equally productive boosted period, or an incremental gain of about B. Choose Train for a training objective
Select Train when faster training is the thing you need.
