The official feature summaries establish the broad system, not its detailed rules. They don’t state when ranching unlocks, how long animals take to grow, how much wool or warmth they provide, breeding probabilities, or the full animal roster. For exact mechanics, check the game’s current in-game information; don’t treat the overview as an optimization guide.
Woolhaven availability and version notes
Woolhaven is an expansion for Cult of the Lamb. The Nintendo UK listing identifies it as Switch DLC, says the base game is required, and gives 22 January 2026 as its release date. That is the date and requirement shown on the UK store page; regional listings may use different wording. Steam also presents Woolhaven as an expansion, alongside winter survival, new structures and exploration content.
