The area around the vault is restricted even if your Crimson Dawn reputation lets you enter the wider district freely.
Reach the vault area
The vault is in the northern part of Kijimi City’s Crimson Dawn district, between the Thermal District and the Thieves’ Quarter. With Good or higher Crimson Dawn reputation, you can enter the wider district openly. Below Good, use an alternate entry route, such as the vent-and-ledge approach described in the VULKK walkthrough.

The immediate vault area remains restricted regardless of reputation, so move carefully past the guards. Reach the door at the top of the stairs and use your slicing ability to open it.
Get the keycard locations from the terminal
Inside the vault room, slice the computer terminal. Its intel reveals the locations of the three required cards. The guides describe different approaches to the area, so use the recognizable landmarks below and follow your in-game intel or map marker if your route looks different.

Find the three vault keycards
Dart’s Vault Keycard: Muroma’s Stash
Muroma’s Stash is in the Crimson Dawn district near the vault. From the vault, head southwest, jump over and down the wall, and open the lower-level door with the Data Spike. Dart’s card is on a box inside. The route can also be described via stairs and an alley; use the intel marker if the approach differs in your game.
Kuroma’s Vault Keycard: Thieves’ Quarter
Kuroma’s card is in a locked room in the Thieves’ Quarter, outside the Crimson Dawn restricted district. From the fast-travel point by the Dormak Refectory, follow the path south and then east to a door you can open with the Data Spike. The card is on a box inside. The guides identify nearby landmarks differently, including Kijimiko Square, so the shared landmark to look for is the locked room in the Thieves’ Quarter.

EE’zok’s Vault Keycard: Dormak Refectory
Go to the Dormak Refectory in northwest Kijimi City and take the stairs to the second floor. EE’zok’s card is in the upstairs hallway area, by a potted plant.
Open the vault and collect the reward
Return to the vault room and use Dart’s, Kuroma’s, and EE’zok’s cards at the reader to the right of the shield. The walkthroughs report a reward of 5,000 credits, upgrade materials, the Crimson Reign Trailblazer finish, and the Target Audit Shift Token. The credit amount is reported by VULKK’s 2024 guide, rather than confirmed by an official source.

The keycard requirements and named locations are consistent in the two detailed walkthroughs, while some route landmarks differ. Consult the vault terminal’s intel and your current map markers if a path is blocked or the directions do not match your game.
