Ubisoft delisted Just Dance Unlimited on March 31, 2025, so you can’t buy a new pass through its former sales channel. If you already have a pass that has not expired, Ubisoft said it would stay active until its expiry date. First check your game edition and the type of entitlement you own: the activation steps below apply to a specific three-month offer, not every old pass.
Check whether your game supports Just Dance Unlimited
Ubisoft’s Just Dance 2024 Edition FAQ says Unlimited is available for Just Dance 2018 through Just Dance 2022, but is not compatible with Just Dance 2023 or Just Dance 2024 Editions. The FAQ also says Just Dance+ is a different service, not a replacement activation for an Unlimited pass.

Ubisoft’s January 23, 2025 update announced that Unlimited would be delisted for everyone on March 31, 2025. A pass you already owned could remain active beyond that date, but only until its own expiry; the announcement does not offer a way to renew an expired pass.
Activate the specific three-month legacy offer
After a 2024 licensing change, Ubisoft described a three-month benefit for players with ongoing annual Just Dance Unlimited subscriptions. The platform-specific steps in Ubisoft’s Changes to Just Dance Unlimited notice were:
#1 Best Overall
| Platform | What Ubisoft said to do |
|---|---|
| Nintendo Switch | The three-month access was to be applied automatically. |
| Xbox | The three-month access was to be applied automatically. |
| PlayStation | Link your PlayStation and Ubisoft accounts. If the benefit is missing, contact Ubisoft Support with a screenshot of proof of purchase to obtain a redemption code. |
These instructions describe that particular offer. Ubisoft’s notice does not establish one universal activation process for every historical Unlimited pass or entitlement.

If your pass is missing or expired
- Confirm the edition: If you are playing Just Dance 2023 or 2024 Edition, Unlimited is incompatible; Just Dance+ is separate.
- Confirm the entitlement: Ubisoft said an existing pass remained active only until its expiry. The cited notices do not describe a way to reactivate an expired pass.
- For the three-month offer: Check the relevant automatic entitlement on Switch or Xbox. On PlayStation, verify that your accounts are linked and contact Ubisoft Support with proof of purchase if the benefit is absent.
- For another old pass: Ask Ubisoft Support to check the entitlement on your account. The available Ubisoft notices do not specify a general activation flow for every legacy purchase.
