If Ubisoft permanently locked your account and you believe it was a mistake, submit an appeal through Ubisoft Support. Include the username of the sanctioned account and explain why you believe the lock is wrong. Ubisoft allows appeals but does not promise a reversal or publish a response-time estimate.
How to appeal a permanent Ubisoft account lock

Go to Ubisoft Support and use its support route to contact Ubisoft about the permanent lock.

Identify the sanctioned account using its Ubisoft username, as requested in Ubisoft’s permanent-lock guidance.

Explain why you believe the lock was imposed in error. Keep the appeal focused on relevant facts and provide the information Ubisoft asks for.

Send one clear, respectful appeal and wait for Ubisoft’s response. Ubisoft says repeated or abusive contacts will not help, appeals missing requested information will be denied, and appeals submitted after a final review may be ignored.
What to include in your appeal
Ubisoft’s published instructions specify the sanctioned account username and the reason for the appeal. State what happened and why you think the permanent lock is mistaken. If you believe someone accessed your account without permission, say so plainly and include only relevant details you actually know. Ubisoft’s guidance does not prescribe a particular evidence package, so do not present unsupported claims as proof.

What happens after you appeal?
Ubisoft’s current Terms of Use say sanctions are decided case by case, taking into account factors such as the seriousness and number of violations and their impact. They also say sanctions, including automated ones, can be appealed through customer support for human review. That creates a route to review; it does not guarantee that the sanction will be changed. Ubisoft’s cited guidance gives no appeal turnaround time or success rate.
Permanent bans and temporary locks are different
Ubisoft’s permanent-lock guidance permits an appeal if you believe the account was permanently locked in error. By contrast, Ubisoft says a temporary lock cannot be removed on request; it sends an email when that sanction is lifted. A locked account cannot access Ubisoft online games or services or Ubisoft website login pages, according to its account-lock guidance.

Why an account may be permanently locked
Ubisoft gives phishing, selling, sharing, and fraud as examples of conduct associated with permanent account locks. Its policies also say account holders are responsible for activity on their accounts and that sharing credentials violates the Terms of Use. These are general policy examples, not evidence of why a particular account was locked.
Ubisoft also warns that purchases from unauthorized resellers may lead to content being revoked. Its permanent-lock guidance says it may retain personal data related to permanent locks and may refuse to provide or delete that data when doing so could undermine detection or enforcement.
