To attend gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 in Bangkok, choose the correct access track first. The public entertainment area runs from 30 October to 1 November at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). Buy a one-day public ticket through the organiser’s official ticketing partner, Zipevent: the listed standard pass is 200 baht and the Fast Pass is 300 baht, with 7% VAT included. Industry professionals must apply separately for business, conference or VIP access covering 29–30 October; a public ticket does not provide entry to the business area.
QSNCC is easiest to reach by MRT, using Queen Sirikit National Convention Center station Exit 3. Bus routes 136 and 185 also serve the venue, and QSNCC lists parking availability from 05:00 to 24:00. At the venue, public ticket holders exchange the ticket QR code for a wristband, while approved business registrants collect a badge at the Level 1 Registration Area outside Plenary Hall 1.

Event dates, hours and venue
The 2026 event combines an industry and conference programme with a separately ticketed public entertainment area. The dates overlap on 30 October, but the access rules do not: your credential determines which areas you may enter.

| Public entertainment area | 30 October–1 November; open to the public with a ticket |

A “1-Day” pass should be treated as admission for the selected event day. The listing establishes the entry windows and price, but it does not state a re-entry policy, transfer policy or whether tickets can be changed to another date. If any of those details matter to your plan, check the conditions shown by Zipevent at checkout rather than assuming.

Choose the right access track
Public entertainment access
Anyone can attend the entertainment area on 30 October, 31 October or 1 November by purchasing a public ticket. This is the correct route for fans, families, visitors and anyone attending for the public-facing show-floor experience. Public access does not require industry credentials, but it is not free admission.
The standard 1-Day Pass is the lower-cost option and starts at 10:00. The Fast Pass costs more and lists a 09:30 entry time, making it the better choice if you want to enter during the first half-hour of public opening. Both options end at 19:00 according to the organiser’s 2026 listing.
Business, conference and VIP access
The business area is reserved for industry professionals. The organiser identifies business visitors, conference delegates and VIPs as separate registration categories and vets eligibility. You need to apply for the appropriate category rather than buying a public entertainment ticket.

A public ticket cannot be used as a substitute for a business badge, even on 30 October when the public entertainment area is also open. Business registration may be available online and onsite, but the organiser states that onsite business prices are higher; the exact amounts are not stated in the available event information.
When the tracks overlap
30 October is the only listed day shared by the business programme and the public entertainment area. Decide which credential you need before travelling. If you are an industry professional who also wants to visit the public area, follow the organiser’s instructions for your approved business registration and any additional public ticket; do not assume that one credential automatically covers both zones.
How to buy a public ticket
- Select your day and pass type. Choose one of the public entertainment days, 30 October–1 November, then select the standard 1-Day Pass or the 1-Day Fast Pass. Confirm the date and entry window before paying.
- Use Zipevent, the official ticketing partner. Purchase through the organiser’s designated Zipevent listing. Zipevent also sells tickets onsite on event days, subject to whatever availability and conditions are displayed there.
- Check the total at checkout. The published 200-baht and 300-baht prices already include 7% VAT. Keep the order confirmation and QR code from the purchase email.
- Do not use an unofficial reseller. The organiser warns that tickets bought from third-party sellers may be rejected. A cheaper-looking resale ticket is not worth the risk of being refused at registration.
- Save the QR code for arrival. Keep the email accessible offline or take a screenshot after purchase. You will present the ticket at the registration area and exchange it for an event wristband.
If you buy onsite, use the official Zipevent sales point at QSNCC rather than an independent seller outside the venue. The available information does not promise that every pass type will remain in stock, so online purchase is the safer choice when your date is fixed.
How industry professionals register
- Choose the professional category. Apply as a business visitor, conference delegate or VIP, depending on the purpose of your visit.
- Submit the registration details requested by the organiser. Eligibility is vetted, so approval is not automatic public admission.
- Wait for the QR confirmation. Keep the approved registration QR code with the name and category attached to it. The available instructions do not state that a public ticket can be upgraded into a business credential.
- Go to the business registration point. At QSNCC, take the QR confirmation to the Level 1 Registration Area outside Plenary Hall 1.
- Collect the badge before entering business programming. Business registrants receive a badge at registration. Follow the access directions printed or displayed there for the areas included in your category.
Register online whenever possible: the organiser notes that onsite business registration prices are higher. Because the published material does not give those onsite prices, budget using the amount shown during your own registration rather than an estimate.
Getting to QSNCC
| Travel mode | Direction | Useful when |
|---|---|---|
| MRT | Travel to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center station and use Exit 3. | The most direct public-transport option for visitors staying near the MRT network. |
| Bus | Routes 136 and 185 serve the venue. | Useful if your starting point is better connected by bus than rail. |
| Car | QSNCC lists venue parking availability from 05:00 to 24:00. | Early arrivals, groups carrying equipment or visitors who need door-to-door travel. |
MRT arrival
For most visitors, the simplest plan is to take the MRT to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center station and follow signs to Exit 3. Once outside, use the venue signage to distinguish the public registration flow from the business registration area. The published guidance identifies Exit 3 but does not give a walking-time estimate from the platform or a separate entrance for each ticket type.
Bus arrival
Bus routes 136 and 185 are the listed options. Check the route direction and stop sequence on the day of travel because no official event information specifies which stop name or boarding point is most convenient for your origin. Allow extra time for traffic if you are travelling during a busy period.
Driving and parking
QSNCC lists parking from 05:00 to 24:00. That window is broader than the public ticket hours, so it can accommodate an early arrival, but it does not mean public admission begins at 05:00. Parking fees, capacity, reservation rules and the best garage entrance are not stated in the event information; confirm them with QSNCC before relying on a car.
What happens at the venue
Public ticket holders
- Arrive at QSNCC during the entry window printed for your pass.
- Show the Zipevent ticket QR code at the registration area.
- Exchange the ticket for the event wristband issued for public entertainment admission.
- Keep the wristband on while inside and follow staff directions for the entertainment area.
The organiser’s instructions specifically describe a ticket-to-wristband exchange. They do not state whether a lost or damaged wristband can be replaced, so check it before leaving the registration desk.
Business registrants
- Bring the approved registration QR confirmation.
- Go to the Level 1 Registration Area outside Plenary Hall 1.
- Receive the business badge after your registration is confirmed.
- Use the badge for the business and conference areas included in your approved category.
A public wristband and a business badge are different credentials. If your visit involves meetings or conference sessions, collect the business badge rather than trying to enter with an entertainment pass.

Plan your visit by date
Thursday, 29 October
This is the first business and conference day. Public entertainment admission is not listed for 29 October, so a standard public ticket is not the way to attend in person on this date. Approved industry visitors should use their business registration and collect a badge at the Level 1 registration area.
PRIMETIME is also scheduled for this evening from 20:00 to 21:00 Bangkok time (GMT+7) on major streaming platforms. That gives people who cannot travel an online way to follow the event on the opening night.
Friday, 30 October
Both tracks are active. The public entertainment area opens at 10:00 for the standard pass or 09:30 for the Fast Pass and runs until 19:00. Business and conference programming also continues, but only approved industry registrants can enter those areas.

Saturday, 31 October
This is a public entertainment day. Use the ticket QR code to collect the wristband, then enter during the window listed for your pass. There is no business-registration requirement for the public area.
Sunday, 1 November
The public entertainment area remains open on the final listed day. The same public ticket process applies: buy through Zipevent, bring the QR code and exchange it for a wristband at registration.

If you cannot travel to Bangkok
PRIMETIME is scheduled for Thursday 29 October from 20:00 to 21:00 Bangkok time (GMT+7) on major streaming platforms. Buying from a reseller
Problem: The QR code looks valid, but the ticket was purchased from an unofficial seller and is rejected.
Fix: Buy through Zipevent, the official ticketing partner, or use the official onsite sales point. Keep the original confirmation email in your name.
Arriving on the wrong date
Problem: You purchase a public pass but arrive on 29 October, when public entertainment admission is not listed.
Fix: Match the ticket date to 30 October, 31 October or 1 November. Industry visitors attending on 29 October need approved business or conference access.

Assuming a public ticket includes the conference
Problem: You have paid for the entertainment area but expect to enter business sessions.
Fix: Apply for the appropriate industry category. Public entertainment tickets do not grant business access.
Choosing the wrong entry window
Problem: You arrive at 09:30 with a standard pass and expect immediate entry.
Fix: The standard pass begins at 10:00; the earlier 09:30 window belongs to the Fast Pass.
Losing the QR confirmation
Problem: You reach registration without the ticket or business confirmation.
Fix: Search your purchase email before travelling, save the QR code offline and keep the order details available on your phone. If the code cannot be retrieved, ask the official registration staff or Zipevent support for the recovery procedure; do not buy a replacement from an unofficial seller.
Relying on unstated policies
Problem: You plan around re-entry, ticket transfers, parking fees, ID requirements or badge replacement without written confirmation.
