Detective Duck’s Summer Camp case is a linear investigation. You collect a few utility items, restore a phone, solve an archery and symbol puzzle, assemble six notes, open the campsite gate, then use the burnt note and suspect profiles to reach the abandoned house. The reported correct final suspect is Liam.

Before you start: unlocking the Summer Camp case
Secondary walkthroughs disagree about whether you must finish the earlier Jewelry Map case before Summer Camp appears. Simple Game Guide says Jewelry Map completion is required, while AllThingsHow says the earlier rooms are optional. No official experience documentation was found to settle the conflict, so neither condition should be treated as universal.

1. Restore the smartphone and open the first area
Collect the two starting items
Search the starting area for the Rock and the Charger Cable. They are both required: the rock creates physical access, while the cable makes the phone puzzle usable. If an interaction prompt does not appear, move around the object rather than leaving the area; the item must be collected before the next interaction can work.
Break into the nearby building
Use the Rock on the nearby building to break in. This is the first progression gate. The building is not opened by entering a code at its door; the item interaction is the intended action.
Power the phone
Inside, use the Charger Cable to power the smartphone. The phone displays a color clue. The reported mapping is Blue = 1, Orange = 5, Green = 7 and Pink = 3. Read the colors in the order shown by the phone rather than rearranging them by hue or alphabetically. Enter 1573 on the keypad.
A successful entry gives you a key. Use that key to open the next area. If 1573 is rejected, check that the phone has actually been powered and that you copied the displayed color sequence in its on-screen order; entering the four color values before connecting the cable will not advance the case.
2. Solve the UV archery challenge
Find the bow and prepare arrows
Once the key opens the next section, locate the Bow near the haystack. Obtain or craft the arrows required by the experience before attempting the targets. The bow alone is not enough to trigger the sequence.

Reveal the target numbers
Equip the UV Light and use it around the archery targets. The numbers are revealed under ultraviolet light, so shooting at their ordinary appearance can lead to a miss or an apparently inactive puzzle.
Shoot from 1 through 5
The correct firing order is 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5. Treat the numbers as a strict sequence, not as a set that can be cleared in any order. After the fifth correct hit, a rock or platform rises, creating the route to the symbol puzzle.

A partial sequence does not substitute for the complete five-target order.
3. Decode the symbol-and-color grid
Use the Magnifying Glass first
The next puzzle hides its symbol arrangement. Use the Magnifying Glass to reveal the grid before trying to match colors. Without the magnified arrangement, it is easy to identify the right colors but place them in the wrong cells.
Apply the four-symbol legend
The reported legend is:

Match every symbol to its color, but preserve the symbol’s original position in the arrangement. This is a positional grid, not a simple exercise in selecting four colors once each. A correctly colored set in the wrong order will still fail.

Claim the Toy Knife
When the grid is solved, the room containing the Toy Knife opens. Pick it up; the knife is needed for the note investigation and cannot be skipped if you want to complete the case path.

Do not leave before you have six notes
The note-board stage requires six notes. Count them in your inventory or objective tracker before moving on. The guides do not establish a universal list of six fixed spawn points, so search every accessible interaction in the current room and surrounding route instead of assuming that the first visible notes are sufficient.
Use the Toy Knife on the Security Van or trailer
One required note is obtained by using the Toy Knife on the Security Van/trailer. Approach the vehicle and select the knife interaction. If no prompt appears, verify that you solved the symbol grid and collected the knife; another item will not substitute for it. Take the note that becomes available and continue searching until your total reaches six.
Place the notes at Reception
Carry all six notes to Reception and place them on the note board. The board assembles the fragments into the gate clue. The reported gate code is 844. Enter 844 at the campsite gate when the board has accepted the complete set.
If the board does not produce the code, the usual cause is an incomplete collection rather than a wrong keypad entry. Recheck the Security Van/trailer with the Toy Knife, then revisit earlier accessible areas for a note you passed. The board step is designed to follow the six-note count, so placing fewer than six will not reliably expose the clue.

5. Open the campsite and recover the burnt note
Enter the gate with 844
Use the note-board result, 844, on the campsite gate. This code is separate from the smartphone’s four-digit code; do not reuse 1573 here. The gate should open only after Reception has accepted the complete note set.
Extinguish the fire
At the campsite, find the fire and use the Sand Bucket to extinguish it. Search the ashes after the flames are out and collect the Burnt Note. The ashes are part of the investigation, not an optional environmental detail.
Read the nearby book
Read the book near the fire. It supplies the remaining suspect profiles needed to interpret the burnt note. Taking the note without reading the profiles leaves the final evidence chain incomplete, even if the abandoned-house area is already visible.
6. Use the Special Reader to reveal the abandoned-house clue
Bring the Burnt Note to the Special Reader. The reader reveals the clue pointing toward the Abandoned House. This interaction is the bridge between the campsite evidence and the final investigation; the note is not solved by another keypad.

After the Special Reader processes it, follow the clue to the Abandoned House. If the reader will not accept the item, make sure you collected the note from the extinguished fire rather than merely inspecting the ashes, and make sure the nearby book interaction has been completed.

7. Investigate the Abandoned House and accuse Liam
Review the evidence before choosing
Inside the Abandoned House, inspect the available evidence and compare it with the suspect profiles from the campsite book. The guides describe clues linking Liam’s plan to the house and to the teacher’s injury. The accusation is intended to follow this evidence review, not to be made solely from a guess based on the earlier puzzles.
Select Liam
The reported correct final accusation is Liam. Choose Liam only after the house evidence and suspect profiles have been displayed. This completes the Summer Camp case according to the current secondary walkthroughs.
Troubleshooting when a step will not advance
The Summer Camp case is unavailable
- Check whether your current experience version has changed its case-unlock rules.
- If the menu still blocks Summer Camp, complete Jewelry Map and return to the case list, because one secondary guide reports it as a prerequisite.
- If Summer Camp is already listed, do not restart solely because another guide says Jewelry Map is mandatory; the competing guide reports that earlier rooms are not required.
The smartphone code does not work
- Confirm that the Rock was used to enter the building.
- Connect the Charger Cable before attempting the keypad.
- Read the phone’s color order exactly: Blue, Orange, Green, Pink, producing 1573.
The archery platform stays down
- Use the UV Light so the target numbers are visible.
- Check that you have obtained or crafted arrows.
- Restart the sequence at 1 and shoot 1, 2, 3, 4, then 5 without inserting another target.
The symbol room will not open
- Use the Magnifying Glass to reveal the arrangement.
- Apply Duck-green, Log-brown, Arrow-blue and Fire-red.
- Keep each symbol in its revealed position; matching colors while swapping cells is incorrect.
The note board is blank or incomplete
- Count six notes before returning to Reception.
- Use the Toy Knife on the Security Van/trailer to obtain its note.
- Place the complete set at Reception rather than carrying the notes directly to the gate.
The campsite clue does not progress
- Use the Sand Bucket on the fire, then search the ashes for the Burnt Note.
- Read the nearby book for the suspect profiles.
- Take the recovered note to the Special Reader before entering the final investigation.

What is confirmed, and what can change
The phone solution, archery order, symbol legend, six-note requirement, gate code and Liam accusation are reported consistently by the two case-specific walkthroughs summarized for this guide. They are secondary sources rather than an official Roblox developer guide, and no official page was found to corroborate the current codes or suspect outcome.
Roblox experiences can change their rooms, interaction prompts or progression flags through updates. If a code stops working after an update, first verify that you are in the same Summer Camp case and that every prerequisite interaction has registered. The disputed Jewelry Map requirement is the clearest known access difference between published guides, so treat it as a version-dependent progression rule rather than a permanent universal requirement.
Do you need any purchases to finish Summer Camp?
No specific physical product is required by the documented route. The case uses in-game objects—the Rock, Charger Cable, Bow, arrows, UV Light, Magnifying Glass, Toy Knife and Sand Bucket—on a Roblox device.
