Keep moving through openings in the bullet patterns, and make use of the healing support that appears as the fight progresses.
How the Omega Flowey fight works
Omega Flowey is the Neutral Route’s final boss. The fight alternates between attack-dodging sections and segments themed around the six human SOULs, so it is not a conventional menu-driven fight from start to finish. The mechanics below are documented by the community-maintained Undertale Wiki’s Omega Flowey reference; the official Steam listing identifies Undertale as a single-player RPG.

Survive Flowey’s attack patterns
During the attack sections, watch how each attack moves and steer the SOUL through open gaps. The reference describes broad projectile patterns, short flame bursts, vines aimed toward the player, bombs, and bouncing enemies. Keep moving and adjust to the pattern in front of you rather than relying on a single fixed safe spot; no universal safe position or frame-perfect route is established.
- Look for openings between projectiles and move through them.
- React to the warning and direction of an attack, especially when flames or vines target the SOUL.
- Use healing support when it becomes available as the battle progresses.
Use ACT in each of the six SOUL segments
When the fight shifts to a human SOUL segment and ACT is available, choose it to call for help from that SOUL. The segment then advances, and the SOUL eventually changes from attacking you to providing healing support. Repeat this for all six SOULs.

Attack once the SOULs lower Flowey’s defense
After you have called for help from all six SOULs, they lower Flowey’s defense and the fight enters its final damage phase. Continue dodging, choose FIGHT when it is available, and keep attacking until Flowey’s HP reaches zero.

After you have defeated Omega Flowey once, a later Neutral ending generally skips the fight. The Undertale Wiki’s Neutral Route reference notes exceptions when you perform a True Reset or complete the Genocide Route. A Neutral ending is also a prerequisite for unlocking the True Pacifist quest line.
