Where to find Zhao Dali
Look around the main shrine at General’s Shrine. GamesRecon places Zhao near the shrine, toward the west of the area, and says he may be pacing nearby or training in the courtyard. Game8’s guide search excerpt also places him near the main shrine doing training exercises. These are walkthrough reports, not official location documentation, so check the area in your current game client if he is not where expected.
