Why 180 SPD is the priority
At 180 SPD, Cyrene’s A6 trace increases all allies’ damage dealt by 20%, according to Prydwen’s Cyrene guide; HSR Build’s guide, updated September 26, 2026, repeats the threshold and effect. This makes 180 SPD the build’s first meaningful target: a stronger-looking relic set is not an upgrade if it leaves Cyrene below that breakpoint.
Speed beyond 180 can also add Ice RES PEN for Cyrene and Demiurge, up to the cap described by the trace reference. That is an additional benefit, not a reason every account must chase an extreme speed total. HSRZone describes 200+ SPD as an optional high-investment target for particular action plans, not a general requirement. Decide on extra speed only if it serves the turns you want in your own rotation.
Choosing a Light Cone
HSR Build’s current ranking places This Love, Forever first, Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky second, and Memory’s Curtain Never Falls third. These are guide rankings rather than official recommendations, and owning a premium option or being able to obtain it depends on your account and the current game state.

Use the strongest suitable Cone you actually have; do not plan around a limited item being currently obtainable based on a guide ranking alone. HSRZone notes that the signature Cone’s SPD can help reach the 180 target, so evaluate its practical value against the speed on your equipped relics.
Relics and Planar Ornaments
Relic sets: prioritize the breakpoint over the label
HSR Build recommends four-piece Messenger Traversing Hackerspace. HSRZone instead recommends four-piece World-Remaking Deliverer only when Cyrene can still maintain 180 SPD, and suggests combining two SPD-granting two-piece sets when that is a more practical route. These recommendations are not proof of a universal best set. Compare the actual speed and useful substats on your pieces; use the four-piece effect only if it does not cost the A6 breakpoint.

Planar Ornament: Sprightly Vonwacq
Both build references recommend Sprightly Vonwacq as a general choice. Its opening action advance can help Cyrene establish her setup earlier and work toward her first Ultimate. Its Energy Regeneration Rate is not a reason by itself to equip it for Ultimate frequency: Cyrene’s Ultimate uses Recollection rather than ordinary energy.
Main stats and substats
- Body: HP% or CRIT DMG.
- Feet: SPD.
- Planar Sphere: HP% or Ice DMG.
- Link Rope: HP%.
Prioritize SPD substats until the build reaches 180. Afterward, the listed order is CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, then HP%. An Energy Regeneration Rate rope does not speed up a Recollection-based Ultimate, according to HSRZone; favor the recommended HP% rope instead.

Team choice and opening setup
Evernight / Cyrene / Sunday / Hyacine is the featured example team in HSR Build. It illustrates Cyrene in a Remembrance-support role; it is not a requirement for every account. Her kit has additional synergies with Remembrance characters and Chrysos Heirs, so choose allies with those interactions in mind when they fit your roster.
HSRZone warns that Cyrene’s opening setup can strain Skill Points. When adapting the example, consider whether your rotation has enough Skill Points for the actions your team needs before the first Ultimate. The right lineup depends on your available characters and how you intend to sequence their turns.

A practical order for finishing the build
- Set your target: Aim for 180 SPD to activate A6. Treat 200+ SPD as a specialized target only when you have a defined action plan that benefits from it.
- Equip the best available Light Cone: Use the published ranking as a comparison, then account for what you own and can currently obtain.
- Build speed with relics: Start with SPD feet and useful SPD substats. Choose Messenger Traversing Hackerspace, World-Remaking Deliverer, or mixed SPD two-piece sets based on the actual equipped result.
- Set the remaining stats: Use the recommended body, sphere, and rope main stats; once at 180 SPD, invest in CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, and HP% as your pieces allow.
- Check the team and rotation: Try the build in the intended lineup and make sure the opening Skill Point demands are manageable.
