The Mushroom Lamp is one documented way to meet the light requirement, not the only qualifying light. Bulbapedia lists its crafting ingredients as one Glowing Mushroom and one Sturdy Stick. If the habitat still looks like normal tall grass
- Count the tall-grass patches and confirm there are four.
- Check that the light physically touches the grass patches.
- Wait until night to check for the listed visitors.
A player has reported difficulty getting the habitat to register, but the available guides do not establish a complete diagnosis or a special boundary rule. The recipe guidance is four patches and one touching light; it does not identify a specific fix for every registration problem.
