Buy Secret Lair drops directly through the official Secret Lair storefront for the region where your order will ship. Choose a currently available drop, select its edition and quantity, then complete checkout. The US store offers both Wizards Account sign-in and guest checkout; a Wizards Account is not required where guest checkout is available.
Buy through the official regional store
Start at the Secret Lair storefront and choose the store that serves your delivery destination. Its pages show current and past drops, account sign-in, a cart and an optional signup for new-release notifications. The store identifies Scalefast Inc. (trading as ESW) as the authorized reseller and merchant; the Secret Lair Help Center says ESW operates the store.
Promotional email signup is optional. Use the storefront itself to check a drop’s current status: an old product page or an announcement for a future release does not mean the item can be purchased now.
Choose a live listing and place the order
- Check availability. A listing may be upcoming, available for preorder, in stock, low in stock, waitlisted, unavailable or sold out. Only proceed if its current controls allow purchase.
- Select the edition and quantity. Some listings offer foil and non-foil versions, and product-specific purchase limits may apply. The listing and checkout show the available choices and any quantity cap.
- Add the item to your cart. If checkout rejects the order, the product may have become unavailable, you may have reached its maximum quantity, or your country may not be eligible for that item.
- Sign in or continue as a guest. Where the guest option appears, you can check out without linking a Wizards Account. To link one, sign in on the Secret Lair store with your Wizards Account and authorize the connection. The Help Center describes this as a one-time step that enables shopping and account management: How do I connect my Wizards Account to Secret Lair?
- Review checkout before paying. Confirm the delivery address, eligible shipping options, total charges and estimated release or delivery window. Check any free-shipping offer against the current checkout terms.
- Keep the confirmation. The confirmation email includes your order ID and estimated release date or window, which you may need to manage or track the order.
Check shipping eligibility, costs and timing
Shipping destinations are grouped by regional store, and the final country eligibility is confirmed during checkout. The Shipping, Delivery, and Customs FAQ lists these free-shipping thresholds after discounts: US orders over $99 (before tax), EU orders over €99, and UK orders over £89. Treat these as published thresholds, not a guarantee for every product or destination; eligibility and terms can change, so verify the live checkout.

Some international deliveries may involve customs charges or local-post fees. The Help Center says shipping may take up to three weeks after the estimated release date or window. Mixed-release orders may offer split shipping. For current delay information, check the official Help Center’s production and shipping status updates.
Manage preorders, changes and cancellations
For an uncharged preorder, signed-in customers can use Order History > Manage to update the address or payment method. Guests can use the order-management link in their confirmation email. Changing a saved address or payment method on the account does not update an existing order.

After an order is charged, the website no longer allows those edits, although support may be able to help in some circumstances. Cancellation rules also depend on region and payment status: the Managing Your Order FAQ says an unbilled preorder may have self-service cancellation instructions in its confirmation email. It says US purchases that have been paid are final and cannot be cancelled, while EU and UK customers may withdraw within 14 days, subject to the applicable policy. Product details and purchase terms are not universal. For example, one Secret Lair x My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic listing describes six cards, foil and non-foil options, a July 16 shipping start, a US free-shipping message for orders over $99 and a five-per-customer cap. Those are details of that listing, not standard terms for every drop. Before ordering, use the live product page and checkout to confirm:

- Whether the drop is available to buy, rather than upcoming or sold out.
- Which editions are offered and the quantity limit.
- Whether the store ships to your destination and what the final total will be.
- The estimated release or shipping window and the applicable change or cancellation rules.
If you are comparing the official store with a secondary-market listing, check the seller, edition, condition and total price. A third-party listing is not a direct purchase from Wizards, and the information here does not establish that any particular resale listing is authorized or cheaper.
