Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings show third-party services connected through Facebook Login. Review the list there, and disconnect services you no longer use or do not recognize. If Facebook is the only way you sign in to a service you still need, add or confirm another login method on that service before disconnecting it.
Find the Apps and Websites list
A 2024-09-22 third-party walkthrough gives this route in the Facebook app: Menu → Settings → Apps and Websites (walkthrough). Treat that as a general pointer, not a guaranteed current path: Facebook’s labels and settings layout can vary. If you do not see the option, search within Facebook settings or look in the account information and settings area. Meta’s current help results point to account information and settings resources, but do not spell out a universal button-by-button removal flow (Meta Help Center).
Apps and Websites concerns services that use Facebook Login. It is separate from Accounts Center, which centralizes some connected experiences and settings across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Meta accounts. WhatsApp in Accounts Center is not available everywhere, and Apps and Websites should not be assumed to appear inside Accounts Center on every account or in every region (Meta Help Center).
Review connections and decide what to disconnect
Check each entry against the services you actually use. These questions can help you decide what to keep; they are a practical review, not a formal security score:

- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
- Do you still use it? Consider disconnecting a service you have abandoned.
- Do you recognize and trust it? If you do not recognize an entry, investigate it before deciding whether to keep access.
- Is Facebook your only sign-in? If you still need the service, confirm you can sign in another way first.
- Are you trying to stop a login connection or activity sent to Meta? Those are separate controls.
To remove a connection, select the service in Apps and Websites and use the disconnect or removal control presented there. Exact labels may differ, and Meta’s available guidance does not establish a single button sequence for every version of Facebook. If an entry is unfamiliar and you cannot identify it, disconnecting it is an option; check whether it affects any account you rely on before proceeding.
Protect access to services that use Facebook Login
Before disconnecting a service you still need, open that service’s own account or security settings and add or confirm another sign-in method, such as an email-and-password login if the service offers one. Do not assume that removing Facebook Login will automatically create a replacement method.

Meta warns that permanently deleting a Facebook account ends Facebook Login for other apps and websites registered with that account. Users may need to contact those services to regain access (Meta’s Facebook account deletion guidance). That warning concerns account deletion; it is a reason to check alternate access before changing a connection you depend on, not proof that every individual disconnection has the same recovery process.

Removing a Facebook Login connection is not the same as deleting information a third-party service already holds. The official guidance cited here does not establish what an individual service retains after you disconnect it. To request deletion of information held by that service, use its privacy or account controls, or contact its developer.

Meta’s Off-Facebook Activity controls address a different issue: activity that businesses and organizations send to Meta through tools such as Facebook Pixel or Facebook Login. Meta describes options to review, clear, or disconnect future activity (Meta Help: Off-Facebook Activity). Clearing that activity does not itself remove a Facebook Login connection. In its announcement of Off-Facebook Activity on 2019-08-20, Meta said: “If you clear your history, we’ll remove your identifying information from the data that apps and websites choose to send us” (Meta Newsroom). That statement concerns information sent to Meta, not data held by the third-party service.
