If you mean a report you submitted about another player or content, Roblox’s official reporting guide explains how to file it but does not document a general report-history page or status checker. If you need help with a specific case, contact Roblox Support. If you mean an appeal of moderation on your own account or content, eligible appeals can be monitored separately in Violations & Appeals.
First, identify which kind of report you mean
Roblox uses similar language for different processes. An abuse report alerts moderators to possible rule-breaking; an appeal asks Roblox to review moderation of your own account or content; a Right to Access Report is a privacy-data request about your own account.

How to report a rule violation so moderators can review it
Roblox says Report Abuse is the best way to notify moderators about rule-breakers and inappropriate content. Report the specific behavior or item, rather than only opening a user’s profile: a profile-only report may not make clear what the person did wrong.
Report someone or an experience from inside a game
- Open the in-experience menu.
- Select the flag icon or the Report tab.
- Choose Person or Experience, then select the relevant person or experience.
- Choose the reason that best fits the violation. Add a brief description if it helps explain what happened.
- Submit the report.
Report other content
Roblox also describes reporting an experience from its About page, catalog or library content from the item menu, and app chat from chat details. The exact labels and placement can change as Roblox updates its interface, so use the current Report Abuse option shown for the content you are reporting. Can you check the status or outcome of an abuse report?
Roblox’s official reporting guide describes how to submit a report, but it does not document a general lookup page for a reporter to see ordinary abuse-report history, review progress, or the moderation outcome. That is what the cited guide establishes; it should not be read as proof that Roblox never sends any notification or offers no case-specific information.
If you have a question about a particular submission or an account issue, contact Roblox Support and provide the account and issue details the form requests. Do not use Violations & Appeals to look for a report you filed about someone else: that area concerns appeals of moderation affecting your own account or content.

How to monitor an appeal of your own moderation
If Roblox moderated your account or content and you want the decision reviewed, check whether the violation appears in Violations & Appeals. Roblox says eligible violations can be appealed there; if the violation is not listed, use the Support form. The moderation notice identifies the route available for your case, and appeal options can depend on the moderation type and geography.
Roblox Support states: “In Violations & Appeals, you can select the Appeal option, provide insights into why your case merits reevaluation, and monitor your asset’s status.” This status applies to the appeal—not to the original abuse report that another user may have submitted.

What a Right to Access Report contains
A Right to Access Report is a privacy request for personal information associated with your own account, such as account details, login history, and payment history. Request it through privacy settings under the account-data controls. Roblox says it will notify you in your account inbox and verified email when the report is ready; the download link expires seven days after it is sent. It does not provide another user’s personal information and is not an abuse-report tracker. See Roblox’s instructions.
