Roblox’s documented way to check a moderation action is to open its moderation notification and follow the appeal or status link it provides. Roblox’s reviewed guidance does not describe a single page showing every past ban, so the notice is the place to start for a specific action.
How to find a specific Roblox moderation action
- Sign in to the affected Roblox account. Locate the moderation notification for the ban or other action and read it for the available next steps.
- Follow the route in the notification. Roblox says the notice explains whether the case can be handled through Violations & Appeals or the Roblox Support Form. Roblox’s appeal instructions describe this notice-based process.
The notice is associated with a particular action; it is not documented as a complete, all-time ban log. If you are trying to understand why a ban occurred, use the explanation in that action’s notice rather than assuming Roblox follows a fixed escalation ladder. Which appeal route should you use?

The moderation notice determines which route is available. If it does not provide a Violations & Appeals link, Roblox directs users to the Support Form.
Deadlines and limits on appeals
- Most appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the moderation action.
- Users in the European Union have six months to appeal an initial moderation action.
- Only the account owner may submit an appeal.
- Roblox will not review another appeal for an action that has already been reviewed.
- Submitting an appeal requests a review; it does not guarantee that Roblox will remove the consequence.
