Claim a Prime Gaming reward from its offer page, then follow that offer’s instructions: some rewards appear as Amazon Games app downloads, some require a code redeemed at another store, and others are collected inside a linked game. The right place to look depends on how the reward is delivered.
How to claim a Prime Gaming reward
-
Open Amazon Games and sign in with the Amazon account associated with your eligible Prime membership. Amazon’s published walkthrough starts at Prime Gaming; offers and eligibility can vary by territory and over time.
-
Browse the available offers and select Claim on the item you want. Read the instructions shown for that offer, since the steps differ by reward.
-
If prompted, link the correct game, publisher, or launcher account before finishing. If the offer gives you a code, redeem it at the storefront named in the instructions. Do not assume every claim is automatically added to the Amazon Games app.

Destiny 2 example: where an in-game reward goes
For Destiny 2, Bungie says Prime Gaming rewards go to the Destiny account linked when the reward was claimed. To collect them, visit the Special Deliveries terminal in the Tower, following Bungie’s Prime Gaming instructions for Destiny 2. This is an offer-specific example, not a rule for every game: check the reward’s instructions and verify the linked account before claiming.
