Claim AION 2 registration rewards through the right channel for each campaign: free launch rewards arrive in your in-game mailbox, a pre-registration coupon must be entered in the game, and Twitch Drops are claimed through Twitch. Check the campaign’s own account, region and deadline rules; the official pages do not use one universal eligibility cutoff.
Identify which reward you’re claiming
AION 2 has several reward tracks with different eligibility rules and claim methods. A free launch gift is not the same as a coupon, a Twitch Drop or a paid Founder’s Pack.

Claim free rewards delivered by in-game mail
For the teaser-site celebration and the global pre-registration/Wishlist launch offer, the official pages describe automatic delivery to in-game mail. They do not describe a separate website claim button for these free mail rewards.
- Meet the right campaign’s conditions. Create your account and log in by the cutoff that applies to that offer. For the teaser celebration, the page specifies account creation by December 2, 2026, at 3:30 PM JST; for the global Steam notice, both account creation and login must be completed by its stated deadline.
- Log in to the eligible game account. Use the account that met the campaign condition.
- Open in-game mail and claim the message. Do this before that campaign’s mail expiration. The teaser campaign says rewards are sent automatically and must be claimed by its JST deadline; the global notice gives its own expiration in PST and CET.
What the global notice lists
The global notice lists an Advance: Pet Chest containing Pet: Pagati and a choice of one pet from Papis, Silver Blade Rotan, Konutin Worker or Black Smoke Murute. It also lists an Advance: Wishlist Chest with bound resurrection spiritstones, life and healing potions, and return, courage, speed and benediction scrolls. Redeem a pre-registration coupon
A coupon is a code-based reward, not an automatic mailbox gift. After service launch, open Settings > Other > Account > Coupon Registration in game and enter the code. This is the route given in the official Support FAQ.
Claim Twitch Drops with the account you actually play on
- During an active AION 2 Drops campaign, watch a participating stream for the required amount of time.
- Claim the earned reward in Twitch Drop Inventory.
- Make sure Twitch is linked to the platform account used to play: Steam for Steam players, or NC/PURPLE for players using PURPLE.
The official account-linking notice warns that linking a different account can prevent delivery. It also cautions against linking again on the NC site if a reward has not appeared, because doing so could unlink the existing connection. Campaign schedules and watch requirements change, so check the official Drops page and campaign notice rather than relying on an old schedule.

If a free launch reward is missing
- Confirm that you are signed into the game account that met the campaign’s eligibility conditions.
- Check that the relevant account-creation and login deadline was met, and that the mail’s claim period has not expired.
- Check the mailbox in game; the free launch rewards described by the official pages are delivered there automatically.
- For an account-specific problem, contact official AION 2 Support. The published material does not set out a universal troubleshooting sequence for missing launch mail.
Keep free rewards separate from paid packs
A Founder’s Pack is a separately sold digital pack, not a prerequisite for the free launch or registration rewards. The official teaser page lists Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate tiers, while its launch-reward information describes separate free mail gifts. Don’t buy a pack on the assumption that it is required to receive those free rewards. See the official teaser page.
