This guide covers the ARC Raiders Trials rotation for January 19–25, 2026—not the current week. Its five objectives were to damage a Queen or Matriarch, search First Wave husks, damage flying ARC enemies, damage Shredders, and open ARC Probes. The key to finishing any of them is to extract safely: Trial progress is tied to a single raid, and dying erases the progress earned in that raid.
How to approach the January 19 Trials
Choose a route around the objective and its risk. Queen or Matriarch damage requires the relevant map event and exposes you to a boss fight. Husk searches and ARC Probe openings are mainly route-and-loot tasks. Flying ARC enemies can be attacked from a distance, while Shredders require reaching a suitable spawn area.
Embark’s ARC Raiders Team explains the single-raid rule in its March 3, 2026 Trials guide: “Progress must be made in a single raid – dying results in not only the loss of your gear, but also all your accumulated progress in that raid.” That is a later Season 3 guide; it explains the mechanic, but its reward thresholds should not be assumed to apply to this January rotation.
Damage a Queen or Matriarch
This objective required damage, not a kill. Enter a map with the event condition for the target you need: a Harvester for the Queen or a Matriarch event for the Matriarch. If the boss fight becomes too dangerous, prioritize survival and extraction over trying to finish it.
#1 Best Overall
- ARC Raiders Deluxe Edition includes the base game and the following content: The Wanderer Set, including the following cosmetic items: “Valente” Outfit" “Pathfinder” Backpack,“Blanket Roll” Backpack Attachment.
- Plus: Character Cosmetic, Finger Gun Rapid Fire Emote, Cowboy Scrappy Body Type and Skin, 2 400 Raider Tokens.
For a Blue Gate Harvester attempt, Insider Gaming suggested using the nearby convenience store as cover and targeting the legs and exposed core panels. It also recommended a strong loadout, but none of its listed gear was mandatory: examples included an Anvil, Ferro, Bettina, or Hullcracker with a Stitcher, Venator, or Kettle as a secondary; a Medium Shield; healing and shield-recharge items; and optional Wolfpacks, Deadline Mines, or a Snap Hook. Treat this as an outlet’s suggested setup, not a guaranteed or official strategy.
Search First Wave husks
Search the rusted remains of destroyed ARC units, especially around outdoor areas and map edges. Downed Barons, Wasps, and Rocketeers were suggested husks to check. On Dam Battlegrounds, the Old Battleground point of interest was a specific recommended search area.
Rank #2
Take care when breaching a Baron husk: it may flare and emit fire. Move clear until the flare subsides, then return to search it.
Damage flying ARC enemies
Qualifying targets included Spotters, Snitches, Wasps, Hornets, and Rocketeers. Since the objective counted damage rather than a specific kill, use whichever target is safely available and take shots from range when practical.

One suggested Dam Battlegrounds approach was to try the Pipeline Tower during a Night Raid. It is an example route, not a required location or event.
Deal damage to Shredders
Stella Montis was the usual destination for Shredders. Medical Research was one suggested area to check. Buried City was an alternative when Security Lockdown was active. Aim for the thrusters when attacking.

Insider Gaming reported that a Tier 4 Hullcracker could take down a Shredder in as few as two hits. That is a conditional weapon recommendation, not a requirement for the Trial.

ARC Probes appear around maps, and the Prospecting Probes event was recommended as a more efficient way to find several. Listen for a probe’s ping, approach when the area is manageable, then breach it. The louder sound during breaching can attract ARC enemies or other Raiders, so be ready to move or defend yourself.

What is known about the deadline and rewards
Contemporaneous guides identify this as Week 13 and give January 26, 2026, as the completion deadline; the archived rotation covers January 19–25. The exact point thresholds for this January week are not established by an official period-specific source. Embark’s later Season 3 guide lists thresholds of 1,000, 2,500, and 4,000 points, but those figures should not be carried back to this rotation.
