To complete Apollo’s Movie Night quest in ARC Raiders, deliver him a Portable TV, find the Stack of Movie Tapes in the Cultural Archives on Stella Montis, then extract and return the tapes to Apollo in Speranza. The TV is residential loot rather than a guaranteed fixed spawn; the tapes are at a specific covered furniture pile.
Movie Night quest objectives
- Deliver a Portable TV to Apollo.
- Search the Cultural Archives on Stella Montis for old movie tapes.
- Deliver the Stack of Movie Tapes to Apollo.

How to find a Portable TV
Search residential loot areas for a Portable TV. It is not tied to one guaranteed location, so plan to search household furniture and containers rather than relying on a particular building or map. Suggested residential areas include The Blue Gate, Dam Battlegrounds, and Buried City; the guides provide no spawn odds to establish that one is statistically better. GameSpot’s guide
GameSpot also reports finding Portable TVs in the Cultural Archives at Stella Montis, but that is an observed possibility—not a dependable spawn point. If you find the TV before heading to Stella Montis, keep it with you and extract as required for the turn-in.

- Plus: Character Cosmetic, Finger Gun Rapid Fire Emote, Cowboy Scrappy Body Type and Skin, 2 400 Raider Tokens.
Where to find the movie tapes on Stella Montis
- Deploy to Stella Montis and make your way to the Cultural Archives.
- Search the southwest corner, near the Atrium boundary and stairs.
- Look for a pile of furniture covered by a white sheet and interact with it to collect the Stack of Movie Tapes.
The covered furniture pile is the clearest landmark; directions such as “right” can vary depending on which way you enter the room. The Archives is described as being in the southeast part of Stella Montis’s upper floor, while the tape pile itself is in the Archives’ southwest corner. ARC Raiders Hub’s Apollo quest listing and GameSpot’s location guide identify this search point.
Extract and turn in the quest items
After collecting the tapes, extract with the required quest items and return to Apollo in Speranza. Deliver the Portable TV and the Stack of Movie Tapes to finish the objectives. The guides do not establish that simply finding the items is enough; extraction and delivery are part of the quest flow.

Reduce the risk of losing the tapes
The Cultural Archives can contain ARC enemies, including Ticks, Fireballs, and Shredders, so avoid lingering after the interaction. If your current equipment provides safe pockets, secure the tapes there before leaving; the number available depends on your loadout, so there is no universal capacity to rely on. GameSpot recommends safe-pocketing quest items where possible.

Neither the guides nor their reported route establish a guaranteed-safe path or fixed TV spawn. Treat loot locations as places to search, not promises that an item will be there.
