To complete A Rising Tide in ARC Raiders, finish its Buried City objectives first, extract, then travel to Dam Battlegrounds and interact with the whiteboard inside the Controlled Access Zone. The trickiest step is reaching the foreman’s barricaded apartment south of Piazza Roma.
Quest objectives at a glance
The quest is given by Celeste and has five objectives across two maps. Follow the live objective text in your quest log, since the route and reward details below are not confirmed against the October 8, 2026 Frozen Trail update.

How to find the foreman’s barricaded apartment
In Buried City, head south of Piazza Roma. The apartment is on the middle floors of Piazza Roma’s north tower, according to PC Gamer’s February 24, 2026 guide.

The guide describes two ways to reach it:
- Eastern rooftops zipline: Take the zipline from the rooftops to the east and drop onto the platform as it passes between the towers. PC Gamer recommends this route.
- Stairs and platform: Climb the stairs, then drop onto the platform between the buildings.
Where to access the digital logbook
Once inside the apartment, look for the desk-like terminal with monitors and interact with it to access the foreman’s digital logbook. Extract after completing this Buried City stage before moving on to Dam Battlegrounds.

How to reach the Controlled Access Zone
Visit the Power Generation Complex
On Dam Battlegrounds, go to the Power Generation Complex. The quest then directs you to the Controlled Access Zone.
Enter the zone and find the whiteboard
At the marked position, look for a ladder to enter the Controlled Access Zone. Inside, follow the walkway around the room with the large hanging arc, then enter the office overlooking the central room. Interact with the whiteboard there to complete the reconstruction-project clue objective. Simply entering the zone does not finish this step. The route is described by PC Gamer and Shacknews.

Embark’s September 23, 2026 Frozen Trail preview announced the update for October 8, 2026, with new content and gameplay changes. It does not confirm whether A Rising Tide’s route or rewards changed. Check the current quest objectives and map markers in-game if they differ from these instructions.
