Check Discord’s Quest Home or Quest bar to see whether the Borderlands 4 offer is currently available to you. Its live Quest card is the authority on the deadline, required activity, reward, and redemption instructions; the sources available do not confirm that this specific promotion is still active or establish its exact terms. If it appears, accept it, complete the activity shown, and claim the reward in Discord.
How to find and complete the Quest
- Open Discord’s Quest listings. On desktop, select the Quest bar or go to Discover > Quests. On mobile, look for Quest Home, but note that Discord says mobile acceptance, tracking, and viewing are in beta and limited to certain Quests.
- Read the Borderlands 4 Quest card before accepting. Check its eligibility, acceptance and completion timeframe, required activity, reward details, and redemption directions. Discord says each Quest has its own timeframe and makes its terms available from Quest Home or after acceptance.
- Accept the Quest and do the listed activity. Follow the card’s instructions rather than assuming the task is simply to launch or play the game; the specific Borderlands 4 activity has not been verified here.
- Claim the reward in Discord. Completing the activity is not necessarily the final step. Use the claim option in the Quest bar or under Discover > Quests.
- Follow the reward’s redemption instructions. For partner-game rewards, Discord says the claim flow may provide a code and link to the partner’s redemption site; instructions may also arrive by email. Follow the Borderlands 4 card and email if they specify a different or additional route.
Discord’s Quests FAQ describes these general steps. The Borderlands 4 Discord page is also worth checking, but your own Quest card determines whether you can claim this offer.

How to redeem a SHiFT code
If Discord gives you a SHiFT code, use the redemption route named in that Quest. Gearbox’s website instructions are:
- Sign in to your SHiFT account.
- Open Rewards.
- Enter the code under Code Redemption, then select Check.
- Select the eligible game and platform shown for the code.
- Claim the code.
These website steps are from Gearbox’s SHiFT code guide, published June 17, 2025, and updated September 10, 2025. For Borderlands 4-specific claiming information, consult Gearbox’s Borderlands 4 content-claiming guide or the in-game SHiFT menu if the Quest directs you there. The exact code format, key quantity, deadline, and platform eligibility for this Discord offer are not established here.

If the Quest or reward does not appear
- The Quest is missing: Check both Quest Home and the Quest bar. Discord says Quests are unavailable in some regions and that ineligible users cannot complete them.
- Mobile controls or tracking are missing: Try Discord on desktop or in a browser. Mobile Quest features are beta and limited by the individual Quest.
- Progress has not updated: Compare your activity with the card’s exact requirements and allow time for processing. Discord’s FAQ search listing reports that developer-supplied activity data can delay Quest rewards by up to 36 hours; this is not a guaranteed processing time for every Quest.
- The SHiFT code is rejected: Check the code’s spelling, eligible game and platform, and offer deadline. Gearbox says codes may be game-specific or expired, and not every code works for every Borderlands title.
- You found a code on a forum: Do not treat it as your Quest reward. Use the code and terms issued through your own Discord claim flow.
