How to unlock and enter Chapter 2
- Join a Dress To Impress server while the Lana Lore Halloween quest is active.
- Complete or wait through the relevant fashion-round sequence until the intermission lobby appears.
- Look for the glowing green portal in the intermission lobby.
- Enter the separate Lana Lore quest area and select the Chapter 2 door.
- Complete Chapter 1 first if Chapter 2 is locked. The original quest structure required the chapters to be completed in order.
The original guide descriptions supported multiplayer groups of up to eight players per chapter door. A group is not merely cosmetic help: teammates can search different rooms, draw Julie’s attention away from a corridor, and recover from mistakes more easily than a lone player.
Best route through the hospital
The exact order is not usually mandatory, but this route minimizes backtracking and postpones the most dangerous trigger:
- Search Lana’s room, Room 3. From the starting area, move toward the right side of the first floor. Enter Room 3 and check behind the bed’s headboard on the right.
- Search the cafeteria. Stay on the first floor and find the cafeteria or canteen area. Check the last dining table on the left.
- Go upstairs to the bathroom. Inspect the last toilet stall. The map piece is behind or beside the toilet fixture, so look closely rather than assuming it is on the floor in the center of the stall.
- Search the recreation room. After leaving the bathroom, enter the recreation room. Look near the rainbow decoration and behind the crates or boxes.
- Search the storage room. Find the storage room on the second floor and inspect the metal shelving unit.
- Finish at Head Nurse Julie’s office. Enter the office and take the piece from the desk only after the other five pieces are accounted for.
Collecting the office piece is generally the point at which Nurse Julie is alerted and the final escape progression begins. Saving it for last means you are not forced into the chase while several quiet rooms remain unchecked.

- Walk around noisy objects. Give broken glass, books, trays, and similar clutter a wide berth when the route allows it.
- Use lockers when Julie approaches. If she begins moving toward you, enter a metal locker and wait until she has moved away. Do not immediately leave just because she is out of sight at the doorway.
- Do not treat rooms as permanently safe. Julie can enter rooms in the documented version, so a room is not an unconditional hiding place.
- Split the search intelligently. Assign different rooms to teammates and call out completed locations. Searching the same cafeteria table while nobody checks the storage room wastes the safest part of the run.
- Keep the office for last. The desk piece is the danger point because it advances the chapter toward the escape sequence.
If Julie starts chasing you
- Stop trying to search and identify the nearest metal locker.
- Avoid noisy clutter on the way to it if you have enough distance.
- Hide until Julie has passed and the immediate danger has cleared.
- Rejoin the team and continue from the next uncompleted room.
Depending on the active event version, teammates may be able to revive or compensate for a mistake, but do not depend on a particular recovery mechanic being available in every re-release.
What happens after all six pieces?
Once the sixth map piece has been collected, the route toward the medical wing or exit is highlighted in red. Move toward the highlighted door or route. Approaching the relevant exit triggers the final cutscene or chase, with Nurse Julie pursuing the group.
During the escape:
- Follow the red-highlighted route rather than exploring new rooms.
- Keep moving and avoid obstacles.
- Do not stop to search for additional map pieces; the six-piece objective is complete.
- Stay together when possible so nobody misses the exit transition.
Chapter 2 is complete when the group reaches the exit or the medical-wing transition at the end of the sequence.

2025 secret quest: how to get Nurse Julie’s Set
The October 25, 2025 return added a separate secret reward quest connected to Chapter 2. This was not the same as simply collecting the six map pieces. It required activating three symbols or runes, finding a key, and using that key to open a locked metal door marked by three red lights.

Secret-quest objectives
- Find and activate three symbols. The documented landmarks place one around the cafeteria or canteen, one on a stairwell wall, and one on a bed or in the second-floor hallway area.
- Search for the key. The key can spawn in one of the hospital rooms. Because community records describe the possible room locations differently, search the rooms and use the landmark layout rather than expecting one guaranteed coordinate.
- Locate the locked metal door. Look for the door marked by three red lights after the symbols have been activated.
- Use the key to enter. Inside the unlocked room, interact with the clothing dummy to claim the reward.
The reward is Nurse Julie’s Set, consisting of the Nurse Julie Hat, Nurse Julie Dress, and Nurse Julie Garter. It was described as free, female-wearable, limited-time content for the 2025 event. Since that event was documented as ending on December 13, 2025, do not assume the set is obtainable now unless the live game shows the quest again.
Chapter 2 rewards and the wider Lana Lore quest
Chapter 2 is the hospital chapter associated with Nurse Julie, but the rewards often listed for the complete three-chapter Lana Lore quest should not all be presented as Chapter 2-only rewards. Across the original quest, the cosmetic rewards included a shield, bird cage, slit dress, and chiton, as well as chapter badges. The Nurse Julie Set belongs to the later 2025 secret reward quest and should be described separately.
Troubleshooting
A map piece is missing
First check whether another player has already picked it up. The map objective is shared, so a piece may no longer appear for you even though the location has not been marked on your personal mental checklist. Revisit the six landmarks in order: Room 3, cafeteria, bathroom, recreation room, storage room, and Julie’s office.

You may have made noise near her, or another player may have triggered her attention. Hide in a metal locker and wait for the pursuit to pass. Do not assume that the office is the only place where Julie can appear.

The portal is missing
Check the intermission lobby for the green portal, then verify that the seasonal event is actually active. If there is no portal and no chapter door, the most likely explanation is that the Halloween quest is unavailable rather than that you are standing in the wrong part of the lobby. Limited-time rewards normally cannot be claimed through standard Dress To Impress rounds after the event ends.
Chapter 2 is locked
Complete Chapter 1 first. The original quest made Chapter 2 available only after the preceding chapter was completed.
The secret door will not open
Confirm that all three symbols or runes have been activated and that you have found the key. Then return to the metal door with three red lights. The exact key spawn can vary by the documented version, so inspect the possible hospital-room landmarks rather than searching only one fixed spot.
