Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →To run Punjabi wedding songs on YouTube around the clock, you need two things: permission for every recording and composition you broadcast, and a streaming setup that can keep sending a pre-produced feed. For a do-it-yourself setup, YouTube’s encoder workflow lets you send that feed from a computer; keeping it online continuously also requires a plan for power, internet, monitoring and recovery. A license alone may not stop YouTube from interrupting a stream, so rights clearance and Content ID allowlisting matter before you launch.
Clear the music rights before building the stream
Do not assume that a song is safe to broadcast because it is popular, available online, described as royalty-free, or covered by a license for another use. YouTube’s livestream terms put responsibility on the provider to have the necessary rights for the live content, including relevant music rights from artists, record labels, publishers and other royalty participants. Read YouTube’s livestream terms and conditions.
Make a track-by-track rights inventory
List every exact song version you plan to play, including the recording and the underlying composition. For each one, record who controls the relevant rights and confirm that your permission covers the intended live broadcast, the territories where viewers may watch, the period of use, monetization if planned, and an archived video or replay if you will keep one. The permissions required depend on the track, rights holders, territories and your agreements; a blanket assumption about a whole genre or playlist is not enough.
Ask rights owners about Content ID allowlisting
YouTube scans live streams for third-party content. A stream can be interrupted or terminated, and an archived stream may receive a Content ID claim afterward. YouTube advises creators who have licensed third-party content to ask the owner to add the channel to its Content ID allowlist. That means having a license and avoiding an interruption are related but separate tasks. See YouTube’s guidance on copyright issues with live streams.

Do not treat Creator Music as livestream permission
YouTube says Creator Music licensing and revenue-sharing tracks are for long-form videos, not live streams or Shorts. A track available through Creator Music therefore does not, by itself, clear it for this channel’s live broadcast. Check the restrictions for any music source and the actual license terms. YouTube also warns that a “free” label alone does not establish that a track is safe to use; its guidance recommends public-domain music or music for which you have obtained permission. See Creator Music FAQ, Creator Music usage details and tips to find safe music.
Make sure the YouTube channel can go live
Before configuring an encoder, verify the channel and enable livestreaming. YouTube’s current eligibility guidance says the creator must be at least 16 and the channel must not have had a livestreaming restriction in the previous 90 days. Access may not be available immediately after enabling it, so confirm that the channel can actually start a stream before planning a launch date. Review YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility and setup guidance.

YouTube supports several ways to go live, including mobile, webcam, encoder and console workflows. For a continuous feed of pre-produced songs, an encoder workflow is the relevant do-it-yourself option: it sends the prepared audio or video feed to YouTube. YouTube says expensive equipment is not required to get started, though your equipment and connection still need to suit the duration and production quality you choose. See YouTube live streaming tips.
Set up a pre-produced music feed with an encoder
- Prepare the playlist and source files. Use only the exact recordings and compositions for which you have confirmed appropriate rights. Decide whether the stream will be audio-only or include video, and whether you intend to leave an archive available afterward; archive use should be covered by your permissions too.
- Create the livestream in YouTube Studio. Open the live-stream setup and choose the encoder workflow. Set the title, description, visibility and schedule as appropriate. Labels and controls can change, so follow the current Studio interface and YouTube’s stream-settings instructions.
- Copy the stream URL and stream key into the encoder. YouTube provides these for encoder setup. Treat the stream key like a password: do not publish it or share it with people who should not control the stream. If it is exposed, replace or reset it through the available YouTube controls before continuing.
- Configure the encoder for a stable feed. Choose a resolution, frame rate and bitrate that your source material, encoder and sustained upload connection can handle. Use the current recommendations shown in YouTube’s stream setup and the encoder’s compatible settings rather than copying a generic bitrate from an unrelated setup. The aim is a steady stream without dropped frames or audio interruptions, not the highest setting your device can briefly reach.
- Preview and test before announcing the channel. Check that the intended audio reaches the YouTube preview, that the video or artwork displays as expected, and that levels are consistent. Test privately or unlisted where appropriate. Test the encoder and network recovery procedure, and confirm whether the archive behaves as you expect if you plan to retain one.
- Review stream controls and go live. Check visibility and, where useful, DVR, auto-start and auto-stop settings in YouTube Studio. These controls affect how viewers join, rewind or leave the stream; use the current descriptions in Studio to choose the behavior you intend. Start the encoder and verify the live player from a viewer’s perspective.
- Monitor the channel and prepare recovery. Plan who will notice a stopped stream and how they will restore it. Include a responsible operator, power and internet contingencies, and a recovery procedure for encoder or YouTube interruptions. YouTube’s setup guidance recommends testing and monitoring; it does not promise uninterrupted unattended operation for 24 hours a day.
Plan for rights, operations and costs
Keep licensing and monetization questions separate
Permission to broadcast a track should explicitly address whether you may monetize the live stream and whether you may retain or distribute an archive. Do not infer those permissions from a general music subscription or from permission to use a track in a different format. Also, the rights information here does not determine whether a particular channel or catalog qualifies for YouTube monetization; check YouTube’s current channel and monetization requirements separately.

Budget for the whole operating setup
A computer-and-encoder approach may involve hardware, electricity, internet service, maintenance and an operator’s time, but those costs vary with your existing equipment and local rates. No single hardware model or cost can be recommended from the available setup facts. Compare any equipment against the actual encoder workload you intend to run; do not assume that a device’s ability to stream a short event establishes that it is suitable for continuous unattended use.
