You can run a Tibetan meditation music stream on YouTube by sending a continuous audio-and-visual program from an encoder such as OBS to a verified channel. The hard parts are clearing the music and visual rights, configuring the stream, and keeping the encoder and its internet connection running. YouTube does not offer a special “24/7” mode or guarantee an uninterrupted broadcast, so plan to monitor the stream and recover it if it stops.
Prepare your YouTube channel before launch

Verify the channel and check that it has not had a live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days. YouTube lists both as prerequisites for live streaming. See YouTube’s live-stream setup guidance.

If this will be the channel’s first live stream, enable it at least 24 hours before your planned start. That gives you time to complete activation before the broadcast; YouTube for Artists recommends this lead time.

Decide whether the live stream should be archived. If you keep an archive, ensure your music rights cover both continuous live transmission and the resulting recording.

Clear the music and visual rights
Use music and visuals you created yourself, or obtain permission that covers the actual uses you plan: continuous YouTube live transmission and, if applicable, archived playback. A license to use a track does not necessarily prevent YouTube from interrupting a live stream.
YouTube says all live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content. If it detects copyrighted material, it may show a placeholder and warn you; if the material continues, it may interrupt or terminate the stream. A copyright or Community Guidelines strike can also end it. Read YouTube’s copyright guidance for live streams.
If you use music from someone else

Ask the rights holder to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist. YouTube warns that a stream can still be interrupted when a creator has a license but the channel has not been allowlisted.

For label- or distributor-controlled music, coordinate with the relevant label or distributor before launch, as YouTube for Artists advises.

Keep the license, its permitted uses, and written allowlisting confirmation with your production records. These steps reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a claim or interruption will not occur.
If the stream is archived, YouTube says Content ID claims may be made after the live stream ends. Confirm that the license covers the archive as well as the live broadcast before enabling it.

Configure an encoder for a continuous program
An encoder sends the audio and video feed to YouTube Live. OBS is one software option; YouTube describes encoders as useful for broadcasts with production elements such as overlays. A static, rights-cleared image can accompany the music if you do not want a changing visual program.

Prepare the audio program and a visual you have the right to use. Check the full playback sequence so that the intended program can continue without relying on an unlicensed track or image.

In YouTube Live’s setup, create or select the stream and copy its stream key. Treat the key like a password: anyone with access to it may be able to send a feed to your broadcast.

In OBS, configure the audio and visual sources for the program, then enter the YouTube stream destination and key in the streaming settings. Use YouTube’s current encoder guidance for the resolution and bitrate that suit your feed and connection; the exact settings depend on the format you choose.

Start the encoder and check the YouTube live preview and status before relying on it as the public broadcast. Confirm that both the sound and visual are present and that the stream is actually live.

Keep the encoder, computer, and internet connection operating for as long as you want the stream to remain live. OBS connects the computer directly to the streaming service, so the local host and connection are part of the broadcast path.

YouTube documents RTMPS as RTMP carried over an SSL connection. Use it when selecting the secure encoder-ingestion option described in Google’s RTMPS documentation; it does not by itself prevent interruptions.

A 24/7 broadcast is an operating goal, not a guaranteed mode. Neither YouTube’s setup guidance nor OBS promises an uninterrupted stream. Decide who will notice a failure and how the encoder will be restarted; a dedicated computer or mini PC can host OBS, but no particular device or minimum specification is established here as a guarantee of uptime.
Watch OBS’s dropped-frame indicator during operation. OBS says dropped frames can signal an unstable connection or one that cannot keep up with the configured bitrate. If frames drop, check the connection and encoder settings rather than assuming the stream is still reaching viewers reliably. OBS’s help documentation provides troubleshooting guidance.
