To save a clothing combination for Nikki, use a Custom Look in the Wardrobe. To save or share the colors and patterns on dyeable pieces, use a Dyeing Scheme in DIY Workshop or Color Lookbook. They preserve different things, so choose the route that matches what you want to keep.

Save a clothing combination as a Custom Look
- Open Nikki’s Wardrobe.
- Choose a Custom Outfit or Custom Look slot in the Wardrobe selector. An older interface guide describes the selector as a dropdown in the upper-left; labels and placement may change between updates. Game8, January 5, 2025
- Style Nikki with the clothes, hair, and other pieces you want in the look.
- Use the Wardrobe’s save or confirm control to store the preset.
Infold’s February 20, 2025 update notice says the total can reach seven Custom Looks, with additional slots unlocking as your clothing collection grows. The notice does not publish the collection-size thresholds, so an unavailable slot is not necessarily a separate setting you need to enable.
Save colors or patterns with a Dyeing Scheme
- From the Wardrobe, open Dye or DIY Workshop for an eligible item. Infold also documents access to DIY Workshop through the Pear-Pal interface. Infold Games, “DIY Workshop & Glow-Up Feature Guide,” April 28, 2025
- Adjust the available colors, patterns, or effects. Options depend on the item and on which palettes or patterns you have unlocked; not every item supports every option.
- Save the result as a Dyeing Scheme on that piece. Infold says each piece can store seven custom schemes.
- To share or import schemes, use the sharing or importing controls on the Wardrobe/Dye page. Infold documents this workflow for complete outfits: a top-and-bottom pairing or a dress. Locked palettes or patterns may require materials.
A Dyeing Scheme preserves customization for pieces; it is not a general-purpose preset for any combination of clothes in the Wardrobe. Use Custom Looks when the thing you want to recall is Nikki’s outfit combination.

Equip a scheme imported through Color Lookbook
After importing and saving a scheme in Color Lookbook, the Version 1.9 update notice documents an option to jump to the Wardrobe and equip the imported scheme immediately. Ability outfits are configured through Ability Setup, not by treating an ability tool like an interchangeable Wardrobe accessory. Infold’s Version 1.5 optimization preview says you must collect the required Ability Outfit and unlock its power, and some abilities require particular kinds of items.
