India is on YouTube’s availability list, but location alone does not make a channel eligible.
Check eligibility before changing the setting
YouTube lists India as a location where eligible creators can use Super Stickers. The general fan-funding requirements include being in the YouTube Partner Program, being at least 18, and living somewhere the feature is available. The channel must also comply with applicable policies and accept the relevant Commerce Product Module or, where applicable, the earlier Commerce Product Addendum. Super Stickers have additional feature-specific criteria, so meeting the general requirements may not be enough. See YouTube’s Super Chat and Super Stickers eligibility guidance.
If the Supers tab or card does not appear in Earn, the channel may not currently have access. Review the channel’s eligibility information in Studio rather than looking for streaming hardware; no encoder or computer upgrade enables the feature.
Turn on Super Stickers in YouTube Studio
On desktop
- Sign in to YouTube Studio using the account for the channel.
- Open Earn, then select the Supers tab.
- If the channel is eligible, select Get started and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Accept the CPM if Studio prompts you to do so. Creators who already accepted the applicable earlier Commerce Product Addendum may see different prompts.
- Switch on Super Stickers. Super Chat has a separate switch, so turning on one does not automatically turn on the other on desktop.
In the YouTube Studio mobile app
- Open the Studio app and sign in to the channel’s account.
- Open Earn and tap the Supers card or section.
- Use Get started or Turn on, depending on what the app displays, and complete the prompts, including terms acceptance if requested.
YouTube’s setup guidance is available in its Help instructions for enabling Supers. Labels and access can change over time.

Check that the individual stream can use Super Stickers
Turning the feature on for a channel does not make it available on every broadcast. Super Stickers are a live-chat feature for eligible live streams and Premieres. YouTube says they are unavailable when a video is age-restricted, unlisted or private, designated Made for Kids, or a YouTube Giving fundraiser, and when live chat or comments are disabled. Review the stream’s settings and restrictions if viewers cannot see the option.
YouTube Help describes Super Chat and Super Stickers as ways for fans to connect with creators during live streams and Premieres. Availability depends on both the channel’s access and the particular video’s settings.

What changes—and does not change—because the stream is 24/7
YouTube’s published Super Stickers setup directions do not prescribe a separate workflow for continuous streams. Enable the channel feature in Studio and make sure the particular live stream meets the availability conditions. A 24/7 schedule does not bypass channel eligibility or video restrictions.
This setting does not start or maintain a continuous broadcast. YouTube supports several broadcast methods, including mobile, webcam, encoder and console; an encoder is one way to send a live stream, not a requirement for turning on Super Stickers. The enablement instructions alone do not establish the operational limits or uptime requirements for unusually long broadcasts.

Common problems and what to check
- No Supers tab or card: check the channel’s Earn eligibility and access status. The feature may not currently be available to that channel.
- Get started is missing or setup cannot be completed: confirm that the channel meets the fan-funding requirements, complies with applicable policies and has accepted the required terms if prompted.
- Super Stickers are enabled, but viewers do not see them: check whether the individual stream is age-restricted, unlisted, private, Made for Kids, a YouTube Giving fundraiser, or has live chat or comments disabled.
- Super Chat works but Super Stickers do not: on desktop, check the Super Stickers switch separately; the two switches are not interchangeable.
