Pay Lester to remove the wanted level

What stealth does in GTA V
The official Xbox GTA V help describes a wanted display ranging from one to five stars and says the Stealth stat makes a character quieter. It also documents entering stealth mode. Those details can help you move more quietly, but they do not establish that stealth mode by itself removes an active wanted level.
