Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteSearch for the player’s username on Roblox, switch the results category to People, then open the matching profile. You can send a friend request from there. Finding a profile does not guarantee you can see the player’s activity or join their experience; those depend on privacy settings and access permissions.
Search Roblox for a player
-
Open Roblox on the website or in the app and enter the person’s username in the search field.
-
Select People in the search categories to show accounts rather than experiences or other results.
-
Check the username carefully, especially if similar accounts appear, and select the correct result to open the profile. Roblox’s search guidance explains finding users by username but does not guarantee that a display name or partial clue will identify one person uniquely. Roblox: How to Search for Experiences

Find someone you know without their username
If the person is in your phone contacts, Roblox’s Contact Importer may suggest their account through Add Friends > Connect with Friends. This is not a general search by phone number: the other user must have verified a phone number and opted in to being discoverable, and the feature may not be available to every user. Roblox says other users do not see the phone number itself. A user can opt out later under Settings > Privacy. Roblox: How do I find people I know on Roblox?
If contact matching is unavailable or does not return the person, ask them to share their Roblox username. The official search instructions do not promise a unique match from a display name or an incomplete clue.

Why you may not see or join a player
Roblox users can restrict who sees their online status and the experience they are currently playing. Depending on those privacy settings, you may see someone as offline or not see their current experience. Roblox: How to Hide Your Online Status
Even when you find the profile, joining is a separate matter. Roblox says a Join Experience option appears when the person is in an experience and allows others to join or follow them. You also need permission to access that experience. Roblox: How to Follow or Join Another Player in Experiences
