To find AHL tickets, identify the team in the league’s official directory, then use that club’s official ticket page to choose a game and review its current seat map. There is no universally best section: compare the actual view, seat location, access needs and checkout total for the arena and event you plan to attend.
Find the AHL team and its ticket page
-
Open the AHL team directory to identify the club. The league says its member-club information includes team websites and arena locations.
-
Go to the club’s official website and open its ticket page. The AHL’s season-ticket directory links to team purchase options; for a single game, use the club’s event listing to check that date’s availability and seat map.
-
Select the specific game and verify the event details before choosing seats. The AHL FAQ says regular-season schedules are usually released in mid-July and preseason schedules usually in mid-September, so confirm the date, start time and opponent against the current club listing rather than an older schedule reference. See the AHL FAQ.

- Autograph Opportunities: Collect autographs from top AHL prospects who are future stars of professional hockey
- Retro-Inspired Insert Sets: Look for special retro-inspired insert card sets that pay homage to classic hockey card designs
- Time-Sensitive Redemptions: May contain time-sensitive redemption cards for exclusive autographs and special edition cards
Ticket availability, seat labels, prices and venue policies are set at the team and arena level. The league’s general pages do not identify the best section for every building.
How to choose seats for an AHL game
Use the current event’s venue map rather than a generic arena recommendation. Compare the available seats by the criteria that matter to your visit:
-
View and distance: Check the exact section and row, then assess how close or far the seat is from the ice and whether the viewing angle suits you. Section names alone do not establish sightline quality.

Obstructions and access: Look for venue notes about obstructed views and accessibility. If you or a companion needs an accessible seat or a particular route through the venue, confirm arrangements with the arena or club before buying.

Group fit: Check whether the available seats are together and meet any seating needs for your party.
-
Full cost: Compare the total shown at checkout, not just the initial listed price. Review the event’s fees and purchase terms before paying.
There is no league-wide section ranking in the AHL’s official ticket information. A seat that works well for one arena, event or preference may not be the right choice elsewhere.
Compare official tickets, resale listings and eligible offers
Start with the club’s official ticket page. If you consider another listing, compare it with the official option using the same checks:

-
Exact seat: Confirm the section and row and use the venue map to assess the view.
-
Seller and entry terms: Check whether the team recognizes the listing and how the ticket is delivered and used at entry. Ask the club which resale listings it recognizes rather than assuming a marketplace is currently approved.
The AHL announced Ticket Evolution as its Official Yield Management Partner on June 2, 2022, with work intended to create resale marketplace purchasing opportunities through AHL teams. That historical announcement does not establish the company’s current role or confirm participation by a particular club. See the AHL announcement.

Some readers may also qualify for club promotions. On December 17, 2025, the AHL announced XNow as its preferred verification partner for exclusive ticket offers and promotions through U.S. and Canadian clubs. Offers and eligibility depend on the club and the specific promotion; check its actual terms with the team. The announcement does not promise an offer to every reader. See the AHL announcement.
